Shopping Dollheart being very slow with replies?

    1. Hi,

      So, I made a purchase on Dollheart about 14 days ago. They replied to me saying something was missing in the order and asked if I would like a 10% discount, I said that was fine...but haven't heard back, nor gotten a shipping notice?

      I'm afraid to ask for an update...

      Anyone have similar issues?

    2. Was it 14 ordinary days or business days? Most of their items say they ship within 7-14 business days. I say give them a poke after 14 business days.

      I ordered from their website once when their shipping time was supposed to be 5 business days. I asked for an update after this time was up and I still hadn't received a shipping notice and they immediately shipped it. They even included a free bonus outfit as an apology.

    5. Dollhearts has always been slow in my opinion, twice now I have ordered and haven’t heard anything in weeks and then they tell me an item is out of stock and ask me to choose something else. if it’s available on Cotindoll I much prefer to get it from there since they ship DHL and ship within 2-5 days every time
