Well, I only have one picture uploaded at the moment, while I'm typing this at work, but I've taken quite a few with my cell camera. I work inna helpdesk. Lief's on my desk.

Every once in a while I have to work the night shift in the photo lab, so I bring one of the boys to keep me company. Haven't brought Ezra yet, but perhaps someday. . .

I've only brought my dolls to work once on Halloween



They just hung out by the label maker. Usually its too crazy to bring a doll to work though.

 

Used to take pictures of them all the time at work, but got busted a few months ago.

I can't seem to go back far enough to find the ones of Ichigo or Renji on the forklift.

 

I took one of mine to work last week, as it was a saturday and I was working overtime, I was fine with doing so. The light was too much in my office though, so my picture ended up all blurry but...

I think he's mocking my scanner...

 

they aren't very good pictures cause i took them with my celphone. but i took Kaze to my weekend job last week just for fun.

I took another picture so you could actually see the shop, but it turned out to blurred. I work at a print shop on the weekends. I'll see if I can take a doll to my other job

 

Well, I only work a part time job... But Nikky went to work one day. And I got a pic of him up against the glass scaring people off.

Lol, this is before he got any new clothes or eyes. xD

I thought it was a lovely photo for just a snapshot. :3

 

Here's Alex eating my key lime cheesecake at work.

I wanted to get cool shots, but we had people in the dining room my whole shift so I had to keep Alex behind the waitress station. T_T Not exciting at all.

Although the owners mother thought Alex was a girl. I said "he" like 4 times. I told her his name was Alex and she somehow got Alice out of that. Rofl. Poor Alex. I've been calling him Alice for 2 weeks now. ^_^

 

The best picture I have is of Medicine Seller sitting outside my dad's shop. XD;
He usually sits behind the counter with me and there's nothing exciting back there...except my PS2 (yeah...I work hard. >>; ).



I need to get more pictures around the shop. XD

 

I took Akira with me yesterday. :3





Everyone loved him, but constantly mistook him for a girl, so I ended up slapping a big "male" sign on him. It was amusing. ^^

 

Yay for huge monitors! Most people at work thought Riddick was a girl, too. It's the delicate features, I guess. Some people didn't notice him at all, and our new salesguy was really truly creeped out - he wouldn't come within 5 feet of Riddick and acted like he was looking at a snake or tarantula. It was kind of strange.

Can you find him in my office? I didn't realize quite how cluttered it looked until I took the picture. My sister (who works in a cube) teases me about not having an office, but a "corner" and because my desks are actually banquet tables. Our building is actually 2 buildings stuck together, and there's like ONE actual "office" in the whole place. The rest of us are just stuck around in the maze. It's pretty dark in there because I'm in design/prepress.

Hehe, I work at home, so Maddi is always at work with me.

No, I don't draw for a living. X3 This just happens to be the only uploaded shot I have of Maddi at me desk. He usually sits beside me, or up on his bed above my desk like this:

 

This is a fun thread, and I finally get to participate! Dev comes to work with me sometimes... and sometimes I remember to bring the camera.



What you need to feel better when you have to go to work sick: lemon ginger tea with honey, Airborne, cough drops, and a cute dolly. (Sora poster comes standard.)



Dev gets his own spot on my monitor stand so I can always see him (and so can everyone who wanders into my cube).



Covering for me while I nap on the keyboard.



And when he's tired of opening mail, he ignores his sick owner and reads instead. (But he's cute so I forgive him.)



Yanno, some people put pictures of their kids on their desktop.

 

I got to run back into work at a point during which there were no kids!--the best part of the day!--and Q came in to gaze hungrily at all of the bright colors. I work at a daycare, and honestly, I love kids.... I just also appreciated the absence of them too.

Though I really sit in a dinky little trailer and run a gift store, haha. I have pictures of that somewhere...

 

My co-workers have been asking about her, so I took Morgan to work today! She spent the day sitting on a shelf behind the counter greeting the customers.

Rui enjoys coming with me to play with the toys and watch me work all day while the girls gush all over him XD


But then he get's tired from the long 9 hour shifts I work...

 

I had my new boy Elijah hanging around at work with me. His head came in on the day I worked opening shift, so I had to go get it on my lunch break. He's borrowing the wig and outfit from Ezra and Vincent respectively.

Here he is with Sven, the saintly Patron T-Rex of Fujifilm Minilabs. He protects our lab from the horrors of minilab paper catastrophies. Amen.

 

I only take a boy in for special occasions or charity fund raising days but this is Seifer from Xmas of last year.



Obviously guarding the mince pies and sweets from people who are being greedy.



The desk next to me is empty so he got to sit there for a while.

I'm an assistant on a school bus for disabled children. I don't drive the bus, I get paid 13+ bucks an hour to sit around and chat with kids, read to them, play handheld games with them, discuss anime, manga and whatever else with them, it's a tough job but I manage!

Couple of weeks ago I took Nicco along with me since we'd have a break between schools in the afternoon.



Hi! This is Nicco! Wecome aboard! This isn't Kris' bus really, we're borrowing this one today.



I can almost see out the windows!



Kris? Can you push the pedals?



Fine, can I work the radio instead?



This is the lift, it's for gettig kids in wheelchairs on and off the bus.



The shoulder belt/ restraint for the wheelchairs makes a cool doll swing.

Mine frequently accompany me to work, they generally don't help much (more of a distraction than a help..{grin!}) but it's nice ot have them sitting on my computer box while I work....

This poster is at my desk...it used to hang outside our office door, but when we did a spring cleaning, it came down and I snagged it...put it over the pay envelopes tray...which Keagan was standing in when I took the photo.

I've actually taken all my dolls to work lots of times. Last year, Shaasta and Shaara visited the Teen Anime Club and helped demonstrate how to sew kimonos. Back in February, Shaara visited the Manga Mania club at Valley Ranch Library and held the DVD cases we were previewing. They sometimes just visit so I can show them off to other people interested in dolls and doll collecting.

I've brought Nola and J'Tem to work. It's just one of the many restaurants they've been to One time we even had Nola sitting by the computer in the office and we started putting little signs next to her. Of course they ended up getting pretty racy.

I brought Lucifer and Rowen with me for proctoring exams at my university. (It's really boring, but I basically got paid to sit around and make sure no one cheats.)

 

I sometimes bring dolls to work to take advantage of the ridiculously awesome "scenery" I can access here in the hospital. As a Security Officer, all of these places are ones that I'm tasked with patrolling on a regular basis.

Everyone's dolls are so pretty! Of everyone I know, the people at my work have been the most accepting of my doll addiction... I mean hobby.

 

A while back, I took Dani in for Red Nose Day. He sat on my shoulder while I sold samosas and cakes to raise money for about 30 minutes and then on my desk for the rest of the day.

I work part time at my mom's office, so I suppose this counts. I brought Rowan in right after I got her. Hardly even recognize her! Most folks were weirded out, but there were a few who thought she was really cool.

aha I knew this thread still existed. Oh but it hasn't had a post in a while. Sorry it took me so long to post it, I have had the pic for a few weeks. Hopefully I'll get better pictures of my dollies at my workplace. The last times I've tried I didn't have time, so I only have this. I hope it'll do.
