Mine arrived a week or so ago, but she is now with a panty on her head, waiting for me to start glue on her hair lol.

I saw the new Lan and fell in love. Sent an email off with my fullset order yesterday. Hopefully it processes quickly and then based on some of the other threads it looks like I'll have about a five month wait? So: a May Lan for me, fingers crossed!

 

I ordered the new msd girl body from doll leaves two days ago via Denver Doll Emporium and I'm anxiously waiting to receive it!

 

Ordered a Wish through Alice's Collections earlier this week! I fell hard for his sweet face, he looks so cute and melancholy. Already can't wait for him to come home!

 

I ordered a Lan a week or so ago from DDE, I'm fully prepared for a long wait but I am excited regardless!! She was such a cute little face I couldn't resist her.

 

Just ordered a doll leaves Amara in normal skin from Denver doll yesterday. She was in stock so I'm interested to see how long she takes to get here in Australia . She arrived only 2 weeks after ordering her!!

 

Oh my gosh, I came on to get an idea of what the current wait times are and I'm so sad haha! I ordered TWO blank Teresa's back in 2016 and they arrived to me after about 1 month! Now I'm waiting on a single blank Lan (ordered Jan 8th) and I may not get her til May or later I guess that gives me ample time to get the rest of her things and to work on cleaning my other two dolls I want to get repainted but.... Aaaaah! That's gonna be a hard wait!

Ohh okay...I got my doll leaves amara from denver doll and since she was in stock it only took her just over a week to get to me here in Australia.

 

Ahh, that makes sense! I think a month for a new doll (especially two) is a really good wait time, I don't think any of my dolls have been longer thaan... 3 (?) months new

 

I ordered my first 2 BJDS last month, both are blank Doll Leaves girls (NuoNuo & Teresa), been told by my dealer the wait time is some where around 4 months but hopefully sooner. I'm roughly 14-15 days post order and I'm chopping at the bit and counting the days til I get my girls lol. I now think I'm addicted to BJD's and have ordered more from other places. But at least I can say it all started with my Doll Leaves girls lol

 

Hello im new here and i would like to ask ,how long is a doll made in doll leaves? I ordered a Steven and curious about the getting period.

 

my dealer told me 4 months at the current time. I'm hope 4 months or less as I really want my dolls lol. but maybe someone else will chime in as I'm curious to see how long and how short some ppl have had to wait recently.

Received my shipping notice. Ordered on Dec 3rd I think. So that makes three months and a week

Hi hi , she arrived safely on March 13, not a whole doll, I have an unused Fairyland minifee body here, so it's a Teresa head only. I ordered it directly from the Doll Leaves website by sending an email to the email address given on their website, with the info on what exactly I wanted to order. They sent back an invoice for the cost a few days after I sent that email. I had just been thinking "it's about three months, I should write them for a status update" and before I even could, there was the shipping notice in my email

 

Awesome, so for the head it's around 3 months, so I guess a full doll at about 4 is probably correct.... Teresa is such a lovely sculpt! I have two myself, I hope you enjoy her~

 

Hi everyone! Just wanted to write and ask if anyone participated in the event Doll Leaves had recently for Laura? If so, what did you order?

I really want a Laura but wasn't able to meet their limit purchase so hopefully a few people participated and I can snag one up on the secondhand market someday!

Got my shipping notice for my Lan today! But I go on holiday next tuesday evening so I hope she gets here before then... if not I’ll have to wait til the 24th!

 

I ordered a Doll Leaves Teresa head back in September from the company directly and I still have not received a shipping notice. I have been in contact with them but I keep getting excuses. Should I give up and ask for a refund?

 

Update: They sent my doll head to the wrong person. They are sending me a refund. This is pretty upsetting. This was my first purchase through a company direct.

Oh, and I ordered it from Denver doll since I went through them the last time I ordered a doll leaves doll .

 

@Brianne Streicher Quite a bit after the fact, but I'm so sorry that happened to you. I don't understand why they wouldn't expedite you another for their mistake... How totally discouraging. If you do get the nerve to try again, maybe using a dealer like Denver Doll/BJDivas/Angelesque/Alice's Collections would be safer, and the dealer can keep an eye on your order more closely for you because they typically order and arrive in batches. I really hope you can get a Teresa despite the bad experience.

 

Hello all, my Lan arrived safe and sound last week while I was on holiday, I opened her in a bit of a rush on Thursday. I know it's hard to tell what she's like from the company photos but I think she's a really cute sculpt, and the new type 2 body is so nice, I wish my Teresa twins had been type 2 I wanted the different bust sizes thooo. When I have money and I'm back home from work she can get some proper TLC and I'll send her off for a face up haha.

 

On the four month mark waiting for my Lan! Hopefully I'll get the shipping notice soon! Congrats @LinkInMyHead !! She's adorable ;w ;

May I ask when you ordered? I ordered 2 doll leaves dolls (Lan and Berg) in the end or March and I was just wondering how long the wait is.

I just ordered my very first BJD today, a Doll Leaves white skin/dream body Betty through Denver Doll!! I'm so excited, I hope it's not OT to post in the waiting room for an in-stock doll. I'm new to active participation the hobby and I really wanted to get an an in-stock doll so that I could start enjoying the more hands-on aspects of the hobby, customization and face ups and making clothes and such! She's got a beautiful sculpt, and I've heard good things about the poseability of Doll Leaves bodies.

I think I will try a fantasy-style faceup on her and make her into a sweet moth girl, with wings and antennae, and a lot of fluffy fur accessories

 

Ordered a DL Yoko with faceup and I’m so excited to have her! I can’t wait till she gets here!

 

Becoming mildly concerned with my order, to be honest. My roommate paid in full for a Jeremy with a faceup and a blank Maya back in September '18 through Denver Doll and well... it's been quite a while since then. I wonder if this is normal?

 

This seems... long. Have you reached out to Denver Doll, and what did they say?

 

Upon purchase they quoted 5-6 months of wait, but then when poked 6 months later, after initially dodging the inquiry, they said it would be another 3-4 weeks. It's been 5 weeks since then and based on how the reply came off as vaguely... unpleasant, I'm unwilling to suggest that my roomie try again. I heard from Alice Collection that DL's production time is roughly 4 months so I'm not sure what to do at this point. It wasn't a layaway, and I understand that faceups take time as well, but... mmm.

 

I bought 2 doll leaves girls from angelesque back in jan so my order was place before the order dead line at that time. so I have been waiting going on almost 5 months now and no word on how it's going either. was told it takes around 4 months at the time I placed my order so I know I'll be contacting next month some time to see if there has been a update as I'm rubbish at waiting really want my girls. (a Tersa and NuoNuo)

 

I have no idea how Angelesque's wait is, but I just received my DL order from DDE nearly 3 months past the estimated wait so I wonder if you might be in for a similar experience? At very least it gives us ample time to have things ready for the doll, but ah...

 

I have no clue on their wait either I bought 2 impldoll boys through the same place and reading the impldoll doll waiting stuff on angelesque orders for that place makes me worried. hopefully I will know whats going on soon. DDE? Denver Dolls Emporium?

 

From my understanding the dealers have to make massive orders for particular companies which would account for some of it I suppose? Not sure how massive though.

And yes, them. Sorry haha. I'm in the US so they're convenient for me.

 

is DDE good? I'm asking as me and the hubby are looking to move back to the USA lol.

 

I'd like to say yes, but it depends on what you're getting. If it's something they have in stock, they're very prompt with shipping and all is well, but I'm not entirely sure with preorders now. I'm planning to contact companies directly for future preorders if possible.

I ordered through Alice Collections, when I ordered my DL twins through them back in... 2016/7 it only took a month.

 

That sounds right for Alice's Collection. Seven months into the nearly nine month wait from DDE, which was given a five to six month estimate originally, I shot AC a message about DL's production time and they quoted me four months. Crazy how big of a difference there is.

 

Angelesque quoted me 4 months in a few days it will have been 5 months. They quoted the same time frame for a impldoll order as well but someone out that waiting list has been waiting close to a year so I'm well worried about the dealer. amazing tho how long it can take tho depending where you buy them. now if only paypal would alter their guide lines for the amount of time you need to claim I know seems harsh?

 

Not harsh at all... It's important to order from a reputable dealer because the wait exceeds PayPal protections. Unfortunately, Angelesque's reputation seems a bit spotty as others have had some serious issues with her, complete lack of response, incorrect orders, etc. Angelesque feedback (ALL)

In the US (maybe globally - not too sure as I reside in the US), credit cards offer a lot of protection. Even if your order exceeds the 6 month PayPal window, oftentimes, card merchants (like Visa) will permit chargebacks, especially if the item/services haven't been received -- meaning, the clock on the chargeback doesn't start until item/services have been rendered. Sometimes banks will push back since some reps look solely on transaction dates. I've been successful when I waited over 6 months for an item from a seller (back when PayPal's window was 45 days), with the promised shipping date coming and going 2x.

 

I have had a few orders with stuff in stock with her maybe 2-3 times a item I ordered was really out of stock or looked different from the stock photo but she quickly offered a different item of equal or lesser value or a refund. But I noticed in various places she has of late been slow to reply or no reply orders taking almost a year which is not ok unless its the company making the dolls at fault. I will be sending a email asking if she has had any updates. But I'm thinking in the future I'll see if I can order from the company itself if I stay in the UK as it's possible I will be moving in 6 months time back to the USA.

I used my visa credit card on my 2 doll leaves girls but my husband bought my boys on his credit card all via paypal wonder if I we go through our bank if worse come to worse in order to recover the money. Sucks really tho hearing more and more people having issues with her plus she has moved recently so makes me wonder a bit :'(

Well i contacted angelesque she said that Oct and jan orders are almost done so hopefully not that much more of a wait for my girls.

 

I ordered a Doll Leaves Daniel from DDE! I've been wanting to this for awhile! Wait time 20 weeks, he'll be home in time for Christmas! A present to myself!

 

Never can get just one! While ordering Daniel ^ above, I just kept looking at Pepper, I had been looking at her awhile, she was instock, oh, how could I resist?
