Does anyone have any experience buying a doll directly from Doll Factory's website? I am interested in getting a Fantasy Ari, but wonder how this young company is to do business with. Would love to hear any buyer's experiences and advice.
I got my Baby Ari Sunnee from them and they were lovely. She is nicely jointed and finished. Shipped pretty quickly and came in wonderful packaging with wig (as well as the faceup which is wonderful, and her festival kimono). Her quality is perfect and she's even more charming in person than on the site, she has a sweet little snub nose. I am planning to get another one of the baby festival dolls from them soon because I was and am very happy. Hope that helps. ^_^ b

I purchased a Bobo mouse doll from them. I was a little concerned because I had never heard of them before, but I HAD to have that little mouse! I have to say, the doll is fabulous & the customer service was too. I asked several questions after ordering & they were quick to respond......they even told me the date my doll would ship! I didn't have to wait long to get him. I'm sure I'll be buying more from them in the future.
