I remembered I had some old Volks doll-sized hair rollers that I'd never used. So I decided to see if I could get the bangs on Violet's default wig to actually stand up in curls. They'd gone flat in shipping/storage and basically the bangs just kind of hung down to the top of her eyes covering her interesting eyebrows.

Surprisingly it seems to have actually worked.



So here's a more demure Violet in her default wig instead of the fur pixie cut.



And here it is from the side showing the hair actually kind of going out and curling around underneath itself.

Yes I know, demure is probably the wrong term for a girl whose chosen outfit is a wide open coat with no bottoms. :P Still it's the impression I get from her face, this hair, and ears.

Thanks. The wig definitely looks much better with the bangs curled as intended.

Of course one needs the sense of humor. Hobbies should be fun. I prefer her in this wig now too. It was such a mess before though. Some of the front weft didn't even get curled as shipped. It just kind of suck straight out to the side like a mis-cut part of the longer wefts that are actually meant to go to the side.

 

@Seaweed well at least you won't have to get lucky having a pair of more or less matching panties then. Makes you life that much easier.
