Lost/Damaged Doll Chateau unreachable?

so, over two years ago at this point, possibly more like three? honestly i don't even remember, whenever the last time doll chateau rereleased alberta was, i ordered an alberta through bjdivas. i want to be clear that i am not having a problem with divas, divas has been great and very forthcoming and offered me a refund several times, but.... at this point i don't want a refund i just want the damn doll! i asked if i could go directly to doll chateau and ask them about my order and they gave me tips on how to contact them but warned that they have been very difficult to get in contact with lately. and they were right. i've tried contacting them on their taobao, in (meticulously triple-checked google translate) chinese, twice, and was ghosted BOTH TIMES after receiving an initial answer, and then i tried sending them an email to their english email on their site and received no response. divas said their best guess is that they forgot to make the doll, but i'd really like for them to just TELL me that if that's the case, and if they are going to straight up refuse to make the doll at this point i want them to at least have the dignity to give me the time of day and TELL ME that so that i can move on and get my refund. call me stupid and crazy, but after waiting THIS LONG i feel like they owe me an actual response.

has anyone been able to get in contact with doll chateau lately and if so, how?

also, i'm unsure what to file this under so i'm going with lost/damaged, but mods please move it if you feel something fits better!
