I just spent a good chunk of my day doing George's tattoo. I think this is the smallest full cover tattoo I've done to date [George is a pet doll bunny =3]





She's rocking it hardcore >:3

 

Wow, all these look so good. *__* Kome has a few tattoos. But after looking at these I kind of want to redo them!



This one looks better in person... The picture is terrible. XD


And the one on his chest is my favourite.

 

Griffin has a transfer from Dollmore. It's a winged dragon breathing fire.


One of my other dolls has a little tattoo on her wrist of a heart made of vines but I haven't taken a picture of it yet. That too was from Dollmore.

My boys all have tattoos I've started on leviathan's tattoo work, I've done 6 so far but still many more to go. He has a skull on his shoulder now but I don't know if I'm keeping it.



Mephistopheles has a dragon on his lower abs, I want to give him a lower back tattoo as well but I want it to also go around his hip area below the dragon. I just haven't found the perfect design yet.



Tak has one on his shoulder but I also need to finish his dragon that goes over the back, to the ribs and have the tail end just under his ab area.


I love tribal style tattoos. In black. I'm not one for color, I find it looks too fake. My other 3 boys will have many as well, but they don't have bodies yet.

Atra ~ holy crap! how long did that sleeve take?? it looks great! i'll have to do almost the same thing too, eventually darn minimees.

anyway, Alex has a lot of tattoos...most of them arent completely done, ive only got a picture of a few, and eventually he'll have huge wings on his back to hide his scars...



the one on the right shoulder is a stylized skull and crossbones, and he has an un-pictured double ankh on the small of his back.

 

It's small, and technically not a tattoo if I go by my own story... it's more like a physical mark branded on Dieter when he made a pact with his partner... but whatever XD



Just a little design I came up with off the top of my head. It's meant to be a mix of a crescent moon (the blue arc parts) and two Norse runes inside the arc ^^

My Dmitri actually has alot of tattoos.....but I'm going to have to redo all of them >_< something happened with the spray....and its rubbing off...I used the Volks spray this time, and need to order some MSC instead like my Xerxes



This is his left upper arm....if i have to redo this, I'm not going to do this tattoo again.....it took way longer then i thought it was XD or maybe i will if i have the patience

 

I painted mine on with very watered down acrylics.

And I would recommend coat the tattoo(s) aLOT. Dedicate a good can of
MSC depending on the size of the tat. I also coated intermittently while I
worked so certain portions didn't come off during the process and I wore gloves of course.

 

An Akando's muscles are just calling out for a bit of blackwork. Here are mine, done with watercolour pencil and a lot of patience.

My Henessey has wings on his back, and a crown at the back of his neck that matches that of Caer, his lover (sort of a mark of possession...lol). Hen's wings are folded different from most, which I like. He's called the Sparrowhawk, so they aren't meant to be angelic.

The tats were scrapbooking rub-ons, and are coated a few times. So far, no problems keeping them intact!

My MNF Shiwoo, Daisuke is quite the punk.

A Superman emblem on his right shoulder, a Spade on his left, and two stars in red and black.



A four leaf clover on his right hand, a diamond and heart on his hips and the phrase: Punk or Die right above his crotch lol.



A little heartagram on his neck, a Boondock Saints celtic cross that reads Veritas Aequitas. Oh and photobucket deleted the image of the Club on his butt. =P

 

Siofra my RS Yun in Lt Tan has some new "temporary" tattoos:

 

All of my dolls have tattoos, but Hawkeye (MNF Carl) has the most. All piratey, and all done by me.

 

Naoki's got a small one on his neck.

 

Harriot's only tat ATM (but soon she will be covered in tattoos) done by me using acrylic paints:

Alex is fair covered in them- done with Warhammer model paints for their durability.

I recently redid all of my IH Akando Donovan's body blushing including his tattoos, and I've finally given him the back tattoo he earned as a warrior.

Yep! My MNF Rheia has a tattoo of a rose on her lower abdomen. It's actually a temporary nail tattoo, the perfect size for a 1/4 BJD!

I gave Riona a tattoo a little while ago, using one of them temporary tattoo thingies. It didn't go entirely as planned, so it came out a bit damaged, next time I need to be more careful :P It goes further down her spine too, there's 2 more flowers.

 

Hotarubi has a spattering of stars on her back. Not the greatest photo but it's the only one of her tattoos I have.

I use acrylics and chalk pastels. ^o^

Edit: Oh, and time it took... Hmm, the first one (wings) about a day and a half from sketching down to "inking."
The second took about 2-3 hours.
