Shopping Does Ancient Tales still exist?

    1. Hi, I'm really interested in mature 1/6 dolls, and I've seen several pics of Ancient Tales dolls that fit in that category, but I can't seem to find any current info about the sculptor. Does anyone know if Ancient Tales is defunct or has moved to a new home on the internet?

    2. When I bought mine a couple years back, I heard they were going to maybe stop making 1/6. I used their Etsy store; I don't know if it's gone, I'm afraid.

    3. Thanks, that's helpful! I couldn't find anything on Etsy when I searched for shop names containing Ancient Tales, so maybe it really is defunct.

    5. Olga is still making dolls, but she isn't using the "Ancient Tales" name anymore it seems.
      But she is running this 1/12 doll and dollhouse accessories store HauntedStories on Etsy.

      I bought two of Olga Reigards ( Ancient Tales,) smallest bjd. 1:12 , second hand. Also this small her doll is detailed and pose very nice. 15 cm is extreamly small, they fitting in usual dollhouses.
      They are sitting on a 1/4 chair for mature bjds, small heads.

      They are to small to make holes for eyes.
      But look at them, perfectly sculpt bjds!
      Show their emotions better than bigger bjds.
      I love her dolls, and now I have 3 of her dolls. I want to buy a 1/4 from her production some day.

    9. I just bought a new 1:12 direkt from Olga Reingard in Kazjakstan! Her new production.
      Waiting for the bjd to arrive next week.
      So yes, Olga still make bjds. If she make them in the name of Ancient tales, I do not know. I bought th darker skin girl. I love her bjds!

    10. She's listed as the dollmaker for Eve the Cat (Eve Studio Dolls), so she's still active. However, she's not currently making 1/6 human dolls. Hopefully in the future! I agree, her work is stunning.

    12. Eve is the name of a cat, hence Eve the Cat. Under the "About Us" tab, Olga is listed as the only doll creator.
