Big batch of doll pics. I tried to give my Dollshe Amanda a faceup twice, but ended up removing it both times. I also gave my Dollzone Oliver a faceup, which turned out kind of orange, and lacks the character's freckles. #dollshe #dollzone by Birdydown, on Flickr Some fun I had after washing my Dollshe for the first time.
Whenever I see the opportunity, I take photos of spooky doll moments and send them to my non-BJD friend. He's a good sport, he thinks they're funny.

It's often taken for granted that behind every pretty doll picture lies a "whatever works" setup. Setup by Yela Gatchalian-David, on Flickr
Back in the day when this was the extent of my collection I am currently questioning why I even took this other photo I found LOL. Absolutely doing nothing and not even taking a photo of the pretty face-up

This just happened to me. I pulled off a couple of hands to compare resin color, and kind of left them at my laptop, where they probably got pushed around a little, looked down and saw this: At first I thought Aw, that's sweet, then I thought of dogs..........
*cough* It was the nearest thing I had on hand to cover his bits. That's my story and I'm sticking to it. >>;

Sorry, no pic, since it happened a long time ago. I always kept my dolls in the closet for safety from other family members and pets, so when I got a new bookshelf I proudly displayed them on it. My Mum walked in shortly after and upon seeing them, totally freaked out. So back in the closet they went.

One day, my mom got home early and saw that. She sent me this picture and asked me what was going on. IMG_1474 by Goldie, on Flickr
I was sorting out Mina (she's not with me anymore) and placed her in a bag, and well... This is the result.
brb, getting a manicure/pedicure Alternatively: Cooling their figurative heels in doll jail... because their literal heels are gone, ha ha. (And yes, one of my boys got put into jail twice. Poor guy can't catch a break.)
Mako while I was gluing her plate back on her headcap. I used the tea tin because it was magnetic and short enough that there was no risk of the cap slipping down.
I was making him a skirt, and well I couldn't take off his turtleneck without also taking his head off.
