Do you actually own your favourite mould?

Yupsie and well no lol, i own my favourite girl mould which would be lishe. I would own my fav boy if i had the money sadly i need to save untill then i am forced to admire F-16 from afar.

Hmm. Well, I declared not long ago that my favorite mold was Na-Nu-Ri. And I have him. But now him and Persia are tied, and no Persia yet!

 

I own two of my three favourite molds, Bluefairy's Niky and Volks's Tohya, and have plans to buy the other, Volks's Michele.

After that, my fave molds are all rather expensive or hard to obtain limiteds, so I doubt I will ever own them and limit myself to looking at owner pictures.

 

Yes I do. Nono SD10, Mimi Sweet Dream, and F-08. But, I have more favorite molds I want to buy (like the 4 sisters mold and Shinku)!
I am not sure why I like them, I just do! ^_^

 

I don't . . . yet. It's mostly been because of his price tag, and because he wouldn't fit in with my other dolls, since they're mini-sized. I showed him to my mom a few days ago though, and much to my surprise she was equally impressed with him and offered to help me get him for my birthday
He's Unidoll UH-08, by the way. My favorite mold before he was released was Narin, and I do own one of those now ^_^

 

Yup! CP Chiwoo is my favorite mold, and he was my first BJD, too. First but still a favorite~

 

All my dolls have off and on been favorites, but I have a real hard time picking out molds that say "favorite" to me. Belita really is my favorite girl mold, but since my characters drive my doll ideas so much, it's more a matter of "that looks perfect for him" rather than "that mold is gorgeous"!

But I still want an F-06 boy one day, and he'll be my next~

 

I do. SD13 FourSisters has been a favorite of mine for quite some time. I have two of them XD Well, one's an oldskin FCS-F25, but its the same, really.

 

My favourite is Volks Anais, but they're never for sale when I can afford them and I would want her with a jointed body so I haven't got her. (T_T)

Some other favs I love, Shiwoo, Jupiter, and some of the older HM dolls.

Oh... the old F27. *__* I try to resist teh Shiwoo and F27.

Yes, I own three of my dream boys, white F-15, old beauty white F-27, and Syo Sweet Dream. Syo's face is what got me into BJDs, and it's what's keeping me here. Those widdle cheeks I could just pinch all day, and those little teeth in his open mouth..and his little button nose and crooked eye creases could just drown in the ocean of utter and complete cuteness that is his face!

Kohya is the second dream boy I found in the hobby, well really Tohya is but after getting my F-15 I decided I liked white resins a bit more. I still think he has the most gorgeous profile of any BJD, and I don't think having an anime-inspired face makes him any less perfect. His sharp eyes that look like they can see right through you, the way his long nose comes to a haughty little point, his full pouty lips that say "You could never truly understand how gorgeous I am" he's amazing!

Yuri I fell in love with on an owner site, it was really unexpected since the owner had hers dressed up as a girl (Yuri comes with an angel body) and I've never felt a strong pull from mini girls until I saw her big sad eyes and puffy little cheeks. She's such an uncommon doll that I never thought I'd be able to get her, but in September a friend linked me to an auction for a Yuri on a girl body and it seemed too perfect to be true, I had to BIN and I did a few moments later I haven't had a chance to analyze her up close yet but I'll be getting her on Christmas and can't wait to see what else I love about her.

Cyndy is a Volks doll I've loved since I came across their international site, Cyndy 2 specifically just enchanted me with her gorgeous dark face up and elaborate outfit. After looking at a lot of owner sites I discovered it was possible to put some girl heads on boy bodies and decided if I got a Cyndy she'd be a boy and related to my Syos. Now I've gotten the chance to buy a Cyndy head from a friend and will be bringing it home in about a month, then get an SD10 boy body with its adorable little ribs to put it on. The large eyes and tiny nose remind me so much of Syo, I love it Cynydy has a sultry and mature side that even with the right face up Syo cannot possess, so I'm really looking forward to how he contrasts with my boys, especially my old F-27 who has a glamorous face up.

I could really spend all day here gushing about other Volks sculpts I can't wait to own. Making my guide site, I've looked at all their promotional images for hours on hours and have just fallen in love with all of them. Someday I hope to own one of each, and will call my doll family The Museum

 

I don't have one favorite mold--there are a lot that I admire, however. I do own a Chiwoo which is one of the first dolls I really fell for. A lot of my dolls were purchased to be bodies for characters and it's always a thrill to find one that's a really great fit, like my Soom Rian is perfect for Liam and I had been really concerned that I wouldn't find a bjd that would work for him.

 

I own one of my favourite molds, Volks MSD Hewitt II, but I have not been able to buy any of the others (AR Angelica, CH Hanael, DS Husky, etc.) yet because of lack of funds. I am ever hopeful though

Yes, one of the three. ^^ I have my Dreaming El now, and some day I will have Yo-SD Kuuta. I'm only still wondering if I'll ever have my Cecile the Scarface... but for now, I'm content with watching Sumiya and the others from afar. ^^

 

Let me put it this way:

I own an SD Mika, and if I really wanted to, I could buy 1 SD Mika, 1 SD13 Mika, 1 SD Ken, and 1 SD13 Ken, and still be 100% happy with them. XD

So yes, I do own my favorite mold. While there are other molds I love and would like to own, I do know that I will never sell my Sakura unless I actually grow out of liking dolls.

I do have other favorite molds, but the SD Mika is definately my first-favorite.

 

YES! I do I fell in love with the MNF shiwoo and he was going to be mine no matter what There are other moulds I admire, hound, bermann, el, but my streak of shiwoo love runs hard and deep and it really wasn't an option for me not to own him hehe

 

Well all of the ones I like most are ones on my wishlist. Cocori is possibly the only one I won't likely get however if they keep rereleasing her at a typical SD price, then it's much more likely XD

 

Yep I do, I fell in love with the SA Bermann and I have my own perfect SA Bermann for almost 2 years now ^_~*
And I've fallen in love with LatiRed L and will order him as soon as I sold one of my girls.

I really don't have a favorite per say, but I find the Luts dolls very attractive b/c of their anime-likeness. Yder and El are my top two. Lately though, the Dolkot Kiss has got all my attention, and I'm gonna have him as my first doll! ^_^

Yes! I have both CP Yder and El. I keep looking at other dolls and I have little urge to buy them for their face sculpt. I have other dolls because of poseability or playability, but for sheer beauty, I am all set.

Picking an absolute favorite mold is really hard - I probably have to go with F16 and Bermann. I own an F16 (), and maybe, with a whole lot of luck, a Bermann might be mine someday as well.

 

My favorite mould is Cecile, the pirate. I own a Captain Cecile and a Scarface. Sometimes think about get a Scarface 2nd, but I don´t like Tan skin SDs

 

There's too many molds out there for me to pick a favorite!
But School A was one I wanted for a long time, and I was able to get one eventually.

I actually never really cared for the Shiwoo mould (I always wanted MNF, though) before I got Daejin.
Kyle is an adorable mould- my favourite Bluefairy one, in fact, and probably my second favourite of all time.
My absolute favourite of all time, though, is probably F16. ): I doubt I'll be getting one anytime soon, just because of the price.

 

well i'm not sure what my favorite sculpt is, either Customhouse Sia or Volks Cyndy ... and i'm lucky enough to have them both! I love it when other owners post their Sias and Cyndys, i adore seeing what other people do with theirs (though secretly i love mine the best and wouldn't trade mine for any other dolls ever!).

I don't have a 'favorite' mold. I have many that I like, and some that I don't, but no 'favorites.'

 

I own a lot of my favorites. Lucas and Cecil Scarface from Volks, and Elf El from CP/Luts.

 

I love my Kun's melon head(mould)!
I just adore her face.
And Liebchen's face is so.. unique and special.
She's one of my favorites too.

I love the Secretdoll Yomo mould.
And the Dollstown Ganga is gorgeous too.

I've decided my opinion is ever changing, and to put down one simple mold, for me, is crazy talk. XD

 

I do have two of my favourite molds: MigiDoll Ryu and Dollshe Do Bermann.
As far as it goes, though, all of the ones I have would count as favourites. ^_^

The one that's going to give me the most trouble is Kanon's Louis, I think.
I've got SA Bermann, Lati's Adel, and Black Lahoo on the hit list too.
I seem to have a dollie deathwish. XDD

But I have always swooned over Volks old F-07, and I have only recently gotten her. ^__^
My other fave molds are Yo-sd suza, MSD Toppi, and SD Momoko.
Those 3 I hope to get eventually, but I am getting the BTSSB Toppi at the Huis Ten Bosch tour. ^__^ I am really excited.
I might check around the Volks stores and show rooms for a Yo-SD Suzana.
My newest dream mold is the sleepy school head. I cant wait to get my stubby lil paws on him at the Volks face up school!!!
SD Momoko is a really far off dream, but still, I hope to get her one day! ^___^

Yes and no, I have Isao, Kohya, and Syo, but not Hewitt. ;_;
One day though I'll get my Hewitt and do a little dance of glee.

I love looking at other people photos of my favourite molds because I like seeing what people do with them, and how different theirs looks from mine even though they're the smae sculpt and in some cases have the same faceup.

 

I have one of my two fave molds. The other one isn't going to happen anytime soon!
I fell in deep love with the MSD Hisui mold as soon as I saw it, even though what I really wanted was an SD size doll. I love the SD molds too, but none of them spoke to me the way Hisui did. I love my Maebe and she's my number one.

But...

Looking at the owners database I fell in hard love with the Volks Angel Byakuren. LOVE that face, but they are only sold at the Tenshi No Sato in Kyoto. I figure if it's meant to be, someday when I happen to have the extra money, one of my japan traveling friends will happen to be planning a trip to Kyoto. There's always Yahoo Japan of course, but I'd just rather wait for the stars to align...if they ever do.

 

Hewitt, Tsubaki and MSD F-9/13 are my favorite molds and I own all of them. :F

Yes. I still think Nono 13 is the prettiest doll ever made, and she was the first one I ever got. I fall in love with her again over and over.

In fact, all the dolls I own are my favorite molds. It's a combination of buying the molds I love, and adoring the dolls once they come into my possession. One feeds the other.

The ones I own now and the ones I will own are all my favorite moulds in their own way, truth be told. (Which means I own about 1/4 of my favorites at the moment..)
However, I personally have two ultimate favorites. One of them I own--that's my Tony. The other, I have yet to purchase--DolKot Kiss. Aaaah it goes halfway, I suppose.

 

my first and third loves are on the way and i'm currently saving for my second love XDDDDD but because aziraphale is a snake demon so i migh want to get and elf el for him instead(influenced by anime demons where practically all of them have elven ears) most of my other favourite moulds are volks limited dolls which, according to my bank account balance, would bankrupt me so i shall be admiring them from afar ._.

I fell in love with Elfdoll Soah and she dragged me into the hobby. I've liked the Dollshe boys for a while but never got around to buying one. I've finally decided to sell some of my BJDs and buy one. My biggest decision is which one to get. My tastes change and so does my wishlist. Luckily most of the ones I've fallen in love with haven't been limited aside from I-Ra. I'm hoping they'll make her a standard then I'll be racing to get her.

Yes I do, I have 2 of them, minifee Lishe is my favourite mold, I love all minifees, and I plan to get them all in all skins ^-^ hee *dreams* but ontop of my list is Lishe, El, Soo.

My favourite is Dreaming Lishe, and I recently got her. I used to have a normal Lishe and I absolutley adored the face. However I think that the Dreaming face looks a bit more special and somewhat more mature.

I can't really explain what it is I like so much about her face. I think I first noticed her because she looked abit older than most dolls I had seen then. She didn't have super big eyes and a really small mouth, so I think maybe I thought she was "less cute", if you understand.

In general I am very found of many of the Cerberus Project Delfs. I want to get El and Shiwoo and maybe another girl. I do own soulkids aswell though, and I adore their faces too. They are sweet but they also look abit different I think. They don't have really big eyes either. I think I in general prefer the dolls that look abit more mature?
