@Prinsessen Oh, hope your new Eagle will be in a great condition! I have a several Demiurge's items, and all of them have good quality!
Demiurge Maybach is my first doll, and first doll I ever touch was also Mybach (not mine), so I am Demiurge-addicted in some way

This Eagle will share Demiurge's body with Maybach, and I think I need one more Demiurge body, there are too many heads for this body

 

@Rook_Sever Thank you, I think the next Eagle will be great The other heads I have from Demiurge are all very high quality, so I was so sad to see the pictures of Eagle when he arrived.
I think Maybach is a wonderful doll, so it is great that he started your addiction
Is the NS of Eagle close to the NS of Maybach? I thought the newer boys have a lighter color that the older heads? But I only compared my Warden to Renault, and Warden is lighter than Renault, so I just assumed it was like this for all the heads.

 

@Prinsessen hmmm, hard to say - both body and head are heavily blushed. I'd say thes close enough to compensate with faceup/blushing.
As far as I know, Renault was casted by Dollshe, so the colors are matching just accidentally.

 

@Rook_Sever You are right! I just checked Renault sale's page and the colors listed are the same as Dollshe, so it makes sense that he was cast by them. I didn't realise before

 

@Prinsessen Renault was my grail for a long time, and I was so happy to get him^^ So I was hanging on his page very often

 

Today I got a shipping confirmation for three heads; Eagle, Hero, and Lel I am happy that the heads ship together. It’s like three brothers coming home at the same time

I am so excited to see them irl and since I finished University some days ago, I hope to have good time to work on the new guys over the summer.

@Rook_Sever Yes, it is like a box of treasures coming home. I am so excited to see them and Now, I just have to wait patiently for them to arrive and hope the customs don't take them.
I hope to remember, but I know myself to be very eager to unbox them and look them over so maybe I forget to take pictures.

Did you receive your Hero? You also ordered him, right?

Yep, I recieved mine a few days ago - and forgot to make unboxing photos I like Hero soooo much, but now have no idea who is he. I was waiting him for a character but now hesitating between two sculpts, which fits better

I am new to discovering demiurge dolls, but just placed an order for Warden and also White Bison, well, with one body for the two of of them to share for the time being

I see it's been awhile since any one has posted in this thread, just wanted to see if any one was out there and who else had ordered and say hi

I placed an order for Mohawk in the tan skin. It’s just so lovely and I really love the face.

 

I tried to order early this morning after seeing them posted to Flickr, but saw the site was having trouble... then realized to look at the sales note thread here on DoA... =smacks forhead= Hours later, I have placed an order myself~ Mohawk in tan ftw! Because I wasn't expecting it and am getting ready for a move, I could only place an order for the head for now, but I am absolutely in love with this sculpt!!! *__*

The tan just looks so lovely. I hope you have no trouble to find a body for him in the long run. Just adding that you can buy on layaway, so maybe that way you could afford the full doll?

 

I did order in normal skin! I thought that it might be the easiest to match to another company for future body purchasing needs yes... It was rather an Impulse thing.

Is there anyone who has any insight as far as what clothing might fit them?

How they pose? The gallery I found had an amazing amount of natural relaxed poses!

Jumping on the wagon! I just ordered White Bizon head myself. Planning to use a Granado body for him, do you know which color will match Normal Skin better?

 

One more Mohawk on the way here Ordered the full doll with the tanned skin. I was first thinking I’d order just the head and see if it would work with DF-H 68cm body but the body in the pics looks so dreamy so I couldn’t resist it.

@yrdin_y_luna the normal skin is a good match (not perfect, but it is good) for Fresh skin from Dollshe/Dollstown. I have some heads in Dollstown 18yr body in fresh and I think it looks great. I don't know about matches for Granado, unfortunately.

@Emma DD White I bought him as a full doll also. For me my worry was whether the tan would be easy to hybrid later. And if it is, then I could use the body for more heads

@raeyvn I have the body, but I am unsure if it has been ungraded since. I think my body is 5 years old now. I really like how the body poses and stands. It feels very stable in my hands.
I haven’t actually tried so much clothes on the body. This picture is with Iplehouse EID clothes and I think it is just a bit too big. I think SID clothes might fit excellent. Loongsoul 73cm is also a nice fit (no pictures) but is too long in the pants.

I think Granado also matches Dollshe, anyway I still have time because first I have to get Mohawk and then save for the body... And I'm so tempted to get Warden too! As a big fan of Dragon Age (White Bizon is going to be a Qunari from that universe) I can't resist to that handsome elf. Where's the money tree when you need it?

I was tempted to get Native American skin too because it looks gorgeous but matching the color made me change my mind. I can't wait to receive it and start making customization plans!

Iplehouse special outfits are amazing, I wish I had gotten a few in a the past but I was always too nervous about fit and size. I think I will risk it now!

Loongsoul comes out with some pretty great outfits from time to time too - if all the is needed is simple hemming, I think I can handle that!

I have not been this excited over doll stuff in ages!

 

Anyone else get a shipping notice for White Bison?

My order with white bison & warden (just the head) are on the way! I don't know if I will be able to keep him, as much has changed in my life since then...but I am sure I am going to love him regardless!

I hope everyone else who is getting new dolls soon posts pictures so I can ooo & awe while I wait for them to make their way here!

 

I got my White Bizon head last week after a month of misadventures because of the local postal service, but he has been worth all the trouble! He's now just a floating head but as soon as I save I will get a body for him (I need a very muscular one because I want him to be a very big boy, trying to decide between Granado or Iple HID) and start customization. He is gorgeous!

 

I was just thinking of these fellas yesterday!! I have not received my shipping notice yet, but hearing other's have has gotten me excited! Hopefully, that will mean I'll get mine soon~

I'm still waiting for my tan Mohawk, but I think they make the NS dolls first and then the tan dolls after.

I remember seeing him in Sadomina's account and its nice to see that he looks as amazing there as he is all put together

I was looking everywhere trying to find out what sculpt that is because he looked very unique and like a real person. Didnt want to be a bother in the comments but Im relieved to have that curiosity end, he's a Maybach right?

Amazing how a sculpt can look very different, even after finding that sculpt, I still cant believe he's the same Victor is memorable

Yes, he is a Maybach and since 2013 I am planning his complete look. (I am very slow)

The different look of the sculpture makes the special charm in this hobby. I am always surprised to see what a sculpture can look like

Hallo, I just made order on Mustang head in normal and want to hybrid this head with Granado (evoll or embody) body. Has anyone tried Granado hybrid? I ordered neck/head "donut" but will be some kind of "hard" moding needed? Or is there some info about normal skin color match? Thanks for response.

 

I have hybrided a White Bizon with a Granado Titan body. The head is definitely much pinker than the body and I had to sand a lot the neck to make it fit, but after blushing I am quite pleased with the results. I don't know about evoll or embody bodies though.

I promised myself no more dolls for a while, but then I saw Mustang. I'm trying to resist, but it's hard! Has anybody tried these heads with a 65 cm body?

I recieved an email yesterday that my mustang shipped. I hope he gets home safely.

 

Oh I wish you lucky and fast delivery, Serdtse. I have message from post-office today and my Mustang is waiting fom me at post-office. It was really fast delivery (4 days) . But I'm in the countryside because of COVID quarantine so he'll be there for a while, alone.

 

My Mustang is home today. I'm so happy he got home safely! He is very different from the kind of male dolls I'm used to because his features are very realistic! I am very amazed at the quality of resin and his sculpt! I regret not being able to get his body at the same time but I am considering getting him a granado evol or embody. I m just worried about the neck size will be too big. Besides the problems with shipping because of covid-19.

 

Serdtse, exactly my thoughts. I had my head at home over week, but because quarantine I spent my time (and home office, too) at family garden out of city (without my dolls) so no time for them. But my plan from is put this head at Evol body so its great to consult and compare with you. And I hope for photo (I'm curious about face-up ). Sorry about long shipping time. My head was at custom control in Russia transport center more than 13 days - they sent me some notice about delivery by mistake. But shipping was fast. So lots of creative work ahead of us.

 

@susana789 I didn't get my Mustang with a faceup because I like to do my own. Did you get a faceup? I would like to see a photo also.
I am undecided about granado evol, embody and now I'm looking at Dollstown 18 body. I agree its great that we can compare and give this thread new life! I love my Mustang and I hope to get more demiurge dolls in the future.

I tried my Mustang on my Idealian 75cm body. Im surprised that the head fits the neck almost perfectly.
I don't know how to feel about it..I'm used to bigger heads on this body, so maybe a 70cm would be better?

@Serdtse he look very nice on that body.

It’s been too long since I last wrote here, but I paid off the layaway on one of the Tan Wardens but because of the pandemic we agreed that Demiurgedolls will hold him a bit longer so he doesn’t risk getting stuck in transit. It would stress me too much if he was stuck in Russia and the tracking didn’t update.
I can’t wait for Warden to come home. I love the tan skin and I love Demiurgedolls’ dolls

 

@Prinsessen Do you think maybe the head is small in proportion to the body? It looks good sitting down, but standing up it looks small?
Congrats on your Tan wardens. I hope they get home to you safely. My mustang took one month to reach me from Russia to USA.

Edit: I think I like this hybrid. I think I'm confused because I'm used to Soom doll heads are so much bigger. What do you guys think?

@Serdtse I think he looks great! I think the head looks like a good fit on the body.
Generally I think more realistic heads can be a bit smaller than more anime type heads.

@Serdtse - realistic proportions. even a little bigger than a real man's head. looks very good. once he has hair & clothes, he'll come alive.

 

Serdtse hells, he looks so good on Idealian so hard hard decision for you. But DollsTown could be great combo too. I go for Granado first because I already have Vindoll (clothing and shoes) and I like this muscle body. I have inspiration for character, bought for him SartoriaJ Zakary head but as you wrote previously, it is so idealized. Zakary is handsome but all Demiurge heads are really interesting, there is "something" in pure blank head. No company face-up, I like to try it by myself. So maybe one day he would be prepared. But I must wait for body and with this situation it may take longer.
Prinsessen, I am with you. Delivery from Russia is sometimes within few days and sometimes it takes too long, almost ages. I am Europe based, Russia is almost neighborhood but as some seller wrote me, you never know how quickly they process the shipment. But Demiurge marked shipment as "collector dolls" so it was without custom fee, I am very very happy.

 

My Mustang is stuck in Russia; she hasn't been able to ship him yet because EMS shut down. I have nothing to do so I'm so impatient for him to get here, but I have to wait!

Thank you for your feedback! I agree that the proportion does look more realistic! The more I look at him, the more I love him on this body. I tried out some wigs but unfortunately they are too big, so I have to make him a custom one myself. I was looking at the dollstown 18yr body and the granado embody, but if I blush the Soom body and give him a wig and faceup, he may have to keep the Soom body.
@Audrina Mystique sorry to hear about your Mustang. Did you get him blank or with a faceup? What color? If EMS is on lockdown then I guess getting a new body may have to wait.

 

@Serdtse Thanks! I know he'll definitely be worth the wait, but I'm still impatient. I got him blank in normal resin. I want a muscley body that's not too tall to go with the rest of my crew. Not exactly sure which one just yet, though. I think DHL is still running, but even that's backed up, according to Parabox. But I guess that gives me more time to plan a character!

 

I want to show you my Demiurge Dolls Hummer. I found some of his photos the other day on my phone and realized I never showed him.

His name is Royce and he is a warrior.

He will get another wig when I can find the motivation to make another. He needs one that fits him and is not way too big, but otherwise I think his styling is what I want.

Dollstown is having a sale on bodies. I want to order a dollstown18 yr body but Im not sure what skin color matches demiurgedolls nornmal? is it fresh or oriental? The fresh looks a little lighter? Does anyone know the better color match?
