My Eagle arrived while I was on vacation and I just picked him up at the post office. Gorgeous sculpt!
Especially love this nose.

I'm currently swooning over upcoming boy, "The Warden". Have you guys seen him?!

@Ashemanu I'm also interested to see how these heads look on IoS 70. Have you happened to have found any examples yet?

Would someone mind describing how the resin these dolls are made from feels? Is it heavy/dense? Is it smooth or does it have tooth? I'm not familiar with work from Svetlana Pchelnikova' workshop, so I'm curious.

 

@MacaronTea The IoS 70-body works - kind of. It´s a matter of personal preference, I guess. For me it is a little bit too small in the end. Maybe I am too much used to EIDs and IDealian hunks But if you prefer a more slender appearance, the IoS Body will work quiet well.

Demiurge's heads now are close to Dollshe resin: smooth, heavy. The head is also heavy because of thick sides.
Please note: Svetlana Pchelnikova is not the sculptor or cast master, she is only exhibition hostess!
The sculptor is @Maeglin and she make the casting by herself!

Yeah, when I saw the Warden/Surana sculpt, my immediate reaction was "I want it!"
But I recently bought the Eagle head and I'm currently waiting for them to finish sculpting the "Inquisitor" doll before I actually buy from them again. Gotta pace myself in this hobby or else I will not have enough space (or money!) for future purchases. I will just have to live vicariously from other people's photos of the Warden/Surana sculpt.

Hi all! I've been watching this company for a while, mostly because of one of their sold out dolls...one that I've literally never seen off the website. Does anyone have a Fox they'd be willing to share? I can't find any pictures of him anywhere, and I just think his face is so interesting and realistic~ I'd love to see pictures if anyone has some! Everyone's dolls here are lovely, it's too bad this company isn't more popular.

@Rook_Sever Ooh, she is casting herself? The Wiki here on DoA lists Svetlana as the castor, so that's where I picked that up.

@Rook_Sever thank you so much for the photos. I really do love these heads, and I was hoping that the DT boy body would work. With Dollshe being so very slow about turning out their things/ dolls, I didn't want to buy another from them until I got my Fashion size Bernard (official today I hit the 1 year mark for waiting on my doll.) Plus, I have wanted to get the DT body for a very long time. Thank you again for the photos.

Added: I can't wait to see this head, and I know I'll probably want it...... like so many of the other heads that I've been recently scouting out on the site. I like the Lucky head too....

 

@oriscany I'd say that the main thing is the neck: Demiurge's heads require thick neck like Dollshe Arsene or maybe Soom Megagem, or Rhythmos/DSAM which is good for Renault. DT18 has too thin neck for them. Eagle has bigger head than maybach btw.

 

I'm really excited about The Warden. He's beautiful. Thank you @Rook_Sever for your help. I really wish that the DT 18 body would work, but I also would be happy with the DT 17 or the Arsene body.

The dollzone body I ordered finally arrived. Galadon has now a body! I'm so ecstatic! The resin match is not perfect but I don't really mind. He's just too beautiful! Sorry for the bad photo quality. My phone camera sucks!

@MacaronTea sorry for the late reply. The match is ok. My face up artist said there was a difference, but she blushed it away - I cannot see it anymore. Haven´t seen it with the blank head either, but maybe that was due to the dark light in my living room.

Has anybody tried the Eagle head on the Popodoll 70 body? Neck size at least would be ok.

I received my Warden head yesterday, and I am looking for a body for him. I am considering very much the Dollshe Arsene body since it is for sale now. However, I am not sure how the resin match is? I ordered Warden in normal skin, and he seems lighter than some of my other dolls, but I am not familiar with Dollshe's resin, so I am not sure which Dollshe resin to go for. Can anyone help? Maybe it is oriental skin since that is supposed to be like normal skin?

 

I will be able to compare it to fresh and copper oriental as soon as my Warden head arrives. I haven't received a shipping notice yet, so I'm not sure when that'll be. I'm hoping soon since others are starting to receive theirs.

Maybe someone can beat me to it.

I also received my Warden Head yesterday and it's gorgeous. The resin is really beautiful and I can't wait to find a body for him.

@TheyCanSeeInTheDark I found your photo two pages back and it looks like Dollshe's Arsene body would be great, and the resin match is good. Great photo.

 

I'm pretty sure Dollshe fresh skin will match the normal skin. I believe that's what the sculptor said.

 

My Warden arrived yesterday and I can now confirm that Dollshe fresh resin is a perfect match. Which is exciting for me because that gives him body sharing possibilities until I get him his own body. The only bad part is I need to wait until the weather warms up to do his face.

I ordered Hero. He just is amazing, I think, but I prefer the pictures from the Moscow exhibition to the pictures for his sale.
When I ordered I noticed that Lel was also available to buy, so I bought both I feel happy, but I need to consider bodies now for two new guys.

 

I'm loving the new men! Eagle is my favorite right now.

Someone I bought a doll from before knew I liked Demiurgedolls, so she offered me a Hummer doll. He is just great, so I am waiting for him now I already have plans with him.

My Eagle head arrived around 10 days ago at my friend's house (I am living in China to finish my master's thesis in the lab here, so I have a friend in Denmark receive my dolls for me) and she unpacked Eagle yesterday and showed me pictures. Something is wrong with him in the resin - maybe he was heated when shipping or maybe frozen? I don't know. I talked to Julia in the shop and they will cast a new head for me. They are very friendly about it, but I just feel so sad
I am glad I will receive a new Eagle head, but I am a little impatient even if I don't return to Denmark for two more months.


@Rook_Sever I can totally understand. He is just gorgeous! I am really jealous about him Will you use a Dollshe body for him also like your other Eagle?
