I just checked and mine is on the way too!!! I hope I get blue eyes.... I was in the process of requesting them... and then ope he shipped already!

 

Waiting on 20cm Dorothy since mid-April, and now the small Korat since last week. I'm also tempted by Salt!

 

And he is adorable. I really regret not ordering a grey one with that outfit.

 

Salt is very cute. Maybe someday. Lupy was priority one this time.

Anyone know how DM customer service is when it comes to this? I have head of other companies being "you must have lost or misplaced it, we put it in the package".

 

Dearmine customer service is excellent. Just write them on the Q&A and they'll probably just apologize and ship them to you EMS. The only frustration is that they have very limited English support so it sometimes takes a few days for them to respond to English Q&A entries. Don't worry if they seem to skip yours and reply to others either. I'm pretty sure for some questions the person who knows English has to pass the question to someone else and wait for an answer so it takes longer for them to respond.

Oh dear, Salt with no pants, his legs will get cold... XD; I guess since he's a cat, he'll have fur to keep him warm temporarily... But he's cute as grey! Let's face it, he's just cute no matter what~

 

Well, this waiting room has gone completely to sleep, but I have begun to check my Lupy's status daily. This would be perfectly understandable if I hadn't ordered her seven weeks ago, which is only about halfway through the predicted wait. Even I know this is pitiful...but I want my dolly.

 

I'm also waiting for cute Lupy to join his (her?) friends for some fun adventures! I thought about ordering another one with the other make up option, but I have a few days to think on it...I wonder what their fall lineup is like? I'm hoping for a DL boy this time because they haven't had a new boy since December.

 

I have a Coral makeup Lupy on order; I will admit I was tempted by the Pearl version, but I would rather have a very different resin color than white or blue. A green tea Lupy would be amazing, if they ever make one.

 

I have a Salt on order. Requested green eyes. I hope to get him soon! I've ordered a couple Obitsu 11 outfits, and picked up a few dollhouse 1/12th scale accessories for props in the meantime.

 

Considering the time difference, you only have a couple of days left to decide! (Actually, I don't even know if the order period is through the 5th, or until the 5th.) I'm in the same boat...wanting another Lupy, but wondering what's just around the bend...

 

By the time I post this, the Summer event will probably be over. Wow, it went by so fast! I ordered my Lupy on the first day, lol. It will be so fun to have one after years of wishing. I hope the rest of the wait goes just as fast!

 

Sorry to double post, but my Lupy arrived today! No notice, so it was a complete surprise. I ordered him June 12th, so just under three months. He's so cute. I'm definitely getting another of DM's anthros at some point.

 

I think Dearmine is one of those companies who doesn't contact you with shipping notices... you just have to keep checking your order on their site...! At least that's how I remember it. CONGRATS on Lupy!!! (Posting a Box Opening?)

 

@april thanks, I didn’t know (first DM order). I think it’s best to just get the doll in the mail, as the last part of waiting and obsessively tracking the package drives me insane. OK, I can do a box opening as I have the pictures!

I'm here again lol. Just purchased a Toxic Koon and a Black Feather Evans who suddenly became in stock a little while ago. I had to snatch up these two and glad I had enough paypal funds to do so!

Anybody else order something from the winter collection? I bought the new Vivian doll, I couldn't resist as she's sooo gorgeous! I got a PayPal receipt email but not a confirmation email from Dearmine, is that normal?

 

@Rammie yes it's normal. Dearmine sends no automated emails. If you log in and check your orders if it says "Processed" that means they have received your payment. "Open" is the first status before they confirm payment. It will change to "Complete" when they have shipped your doll. They will not email you about that either. The tracking number will be in the notes section of your order after it changes status to "Complete". As a shortcut to see when something ships if you look at "My points" in the my account drop down menu they will increase when something ships.

 

Ahhh, me too! I just requested the layaway, she’s so gorgeous I couldn’t resist. I know that means I’ll be waiting a lot longer for her but I can’t afford her otherwise. Did you get the pretty slit pupil eyes or the standard ones?

From the reviews of Dearmine products on here, a lot of people say their stuff looks even better in person! So I'm sure they are!

Is this your first doll too? I guess it's early to tell but I feel like she was a perfect choice for a first time BJD owner, being a fullset and such!

 

@Rammie She’s actually my first MSD sized doll and my first doll I’m getting directly from the company, but not my very first BJD. I purchased another fullset DearMine doll from Denver Doll in the smaller size, I think she’s 6” or 5” tall? I was blown away by the details and she’s a little piece of art (I need to fix her wig so I can get some good photos and post a profile!), so I’m excited for Vivien!

I just hope I don’t get her and find out I don’t like the larger dolls like some people say, this hobby is definitely unique in the fact that you don’t really get to experience the product until you buy it. Well, unless you live near a shop like Denver Dolls or have a local meetup you can visit!

 

Dearmine's quality of products and service is really so good, and the fact that they also rescue and foster kittens at their office just makes me a super fan of theirs all around.

 

Aaah, thank you for sharing that @RinSetsua !! I actually foster kittens for a local rescue organization, so I feel even more connected with Dearmine now. Learn something new every day!

I accidentally saw their Salt, and it surprised me how much this little anthro cat looks like my precious furbaby So today I made an order and started to wait for my tiny adventurer to come =^_^=

 

Salt's a cutie! I got mine recently as well. There's lots of cute Ob11 clothes he can wear, too. :3

He's pretty cute as the weird tanuki thing that he is, but I think i'm gonna scrub off all of that and make him more of a cat again.

To those that have ordered directly from DearMine before, I finally made my last layaway payment and the order just says "processed". Will it change to "shipped" once it has shipped? I did hear they don't send you an email letting you know it has shipped so you have to check the site, but I was wondering if the status changes to shipped so I can know at a glance my girl is on her way?

 

It will say 'completed' and there will be a tracking number available on the page, when it ships. But there won't be any personal notification from them about it, so you just need to keep checking it periodically.

 

OMG OMG! Thank you guys for warning about Dearmine not sending notifications, I usually checked their site once a week, and decided to check today - and my order was in "completed" state since 20.02 (today!) So it took them strictly one month - I ordered Salt 19.01 and they shipped order 20.02. Now I have to wait for shipping complete and it's the hardest part

 

Congrats!! I paid off my layaway less than a month ago so I have a bit of time yet before my doll ships. Waiting is the worst!

 

I have no idea if this is just going to make the Dearming Q&A mod laugh in my face, but I asked if the "pure white" Nocturne Arcadia could come with black horns like the old Eclipse release (in my profile pic ^^; ) I'm actually surprised it says Nocturne Arcadia is in stock on their website in the first place, I wonder if it's a mistake? Wish it had a picture of the pure white version with the make-up.

 

Not sure if you got an answer from the Q&A but...just for anyone else who was curious.

Dearmine replied to me saying the change in face up wasn’t possible. ^^; oh well, maybe I’ll hold out for a second hand one or a new Nocturne release more to my taste.

Aaahhh yes!! I've been checking the site every other day or so for the last week, though I have at least a month to go before my standard 60 days are up I didn't finish paying off my layaway until the tail end of January so it's only been a month. I'm so excited I just can't stand it haha!

 

Oh me either, I think I've thought about her every single day since I purchased her in December!

 

Received yesterday (26.02) via EMS courier though I chose another method, less expensive (air mail? not sure). Everything is ok, package is good, I'm happy

Hey @Rammie , I found an update on Vivien Sunshine! It was in Korean and I had to use Google translate, but here is the bit I saw:

"In addition, new winter products, DAVINCI & DAVINCI Bean ash skin, have already been shipped sequentially, and
VIVIEN L. ~ Sunshine ~ will be shipped sequentially from the beginning of March."

So it sounds like things should get moving soon!
