Since I ordered these at the same time, and received them at the same time, I decided to do a double unboxing! Plus they're pretty small (which is part of the appeal!) I knew I wanted a Lupy bean but I loved both resin colors and was having trouble deciding. So I found the fullset for one was about the same price for both if I got them blank, so that's what I did! I am hoping to take one on travels with me for photos, and one to be a pretty-looking homebody. Also hoping to figure out how to approximate the amazing faceups dearmine does. Starting with the open boxes this time since I already have threads for dearmine bean chopin and lincoln. The outer boxes are identical to those. Inside, the two pouches they come in are unique! And the lavender one is the first one out! Such a beautiful color. The sculpting is nice too. Dearmine beans have a very unique elbow ball joint. The elbow ball joint makes it easy for them to hold a pose. And now the white one! Face looks great in profile too: And together! These were the latest dolls I recieved, in September or October? I forget. Not too long after I ordered them in August. I didn't put the eyes in because I learned from previous beans that it's a kind of tricky maneuver, and I wanted nicer eyes for them, and I wanted to do their faceups first. I have the eyes. Need to do the face ups.
