Legenddoll is tried and trusted, they've been around for quite a long while. You can always check for service feedback part of the forum if you have any doubts about any dealers or service providers

 

Although being suspicious of badly made websites is a very very good thing, it's worth bearing in mind that it's a niche hobby full of small studios, singular artists, and small agents (dealers). Very few of them, if any at all, actually have web development skills. Almost all of them just grab a template and fill things in so they can concentrate on the actual dolls. So you can't take a crappy looking website as an indicator of any issues/quality in this hobby!

But yeah, Erica/Legenddoll is good. I tend to use Alice's Collections or direct exclusively these days, but I've purchased from Legenddoll before and never had any issue.

 

Erica/Legenddoll is trustworthy and one of the established dealers that have been around for a long time. I've ordered from her many times and have a couple of orders I'm waiting for from her actually. She's also quick to respond to any questions and inquiries.

However, do note that Erica/Legenddoll now charges a service fee per order. You'll see it when you make an order.

Meanwhile, Alice's Collections charges a PayPal fee per order. Christina/Clover-Singing is the only one who doesn't charge an extra fee, so I mainly order through Christina nowadays.

These three dealers (Legenddoll, Alice's Collections & Clover-Singing) are mainly for Chinese companies actually. I usually go with which one ends up cheaper.

It's usually easier to go through a dealer for Chinese companies as many of them can be a bit difficult to contact directly.

 

I have ordered from them and worked with Erica. For some reason, my doll was sent back to the company but she fixed the problem immediately and he arrived! Very friendly, easy to work with, I would buy from them again. I really like the variety of dolls available through them.
