* How was the communication?

Very good. Anne sent me a shipping notice and communicated with me via Flickr Mail.

* How easy was it to pay?

Extremely easy with PayPal.

* How long did it take to ship?

I received my order in approximately 10 days (January 15, 2011).

* Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?

Yes, I think the sculpt is even cuter in person! Her joints move very well, too.

* Did the item look like the sales pictures?

Minus the face-up? Yes.

* Were you satisfied with the product?

I love my little Tenten II very, very much but I am not satisfied with her resin color. I ordered "pinky" and, while I am not 100% sure, I think I was sent WS. I have had others tell me they believe I was sent WS, too. My doll is even paler than the WS doll I own from Dolkot.

I always research prior to making a purchase, and I've never seen a pinky NS look so pale. Perhaps it was just the resin batch my girl was cast in, but I wanted to include this in my feedback so others are aware of the possibility.

* If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem?

I did not address the problem. Even though she was much paler than anticipated I loved her the moment I opened her box.

* Would you order from this company again?

Yes. In fact, I have a Tenten I on my wishlist.

* Would you buy this company's products second-hand?

Yes, if the sculpt I wanted was discontinued and/or in mint condition.

How was the communication?
I asked few questions by email before placing an order and got answers within a day (yay very fast IMO!).
Right after placing my order I got a purchase receipt to my email (so I did not need to worry if there was a problem in the money transaction).
The doll was shipped without informing me (no email nor tracking number - I paid for EMS shipping so I pressumed I get one when she is shipped). But it's ok since she got here fast and safely!
How easy was it to pay?
Easy-peasy. I paid by PayPal.
How long did it take to ship?
It was shipped on January 23, 2016. So it took 3 days after ordering.
Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
Yes. She even came sueded which was a surprise for me!
Did the item look like the sales pictures?
Yes.
Were you satisfied with the product?
Yes but I haven't been able to remove the head from the doll.
