Darak Doll Tiny Discussion Part 1

When did you get your Tan Ari? I just saw a new fullset on the Darak site.

@stellarphenomena I ordered her last June and got her last August. That new fullest is so pretty! But it looks like they took away the tan option on the regular Ari. That's too bad, I love their tan.

 

She is on the b body. She is a wonderful poser with beautiful lines.

 

Oh, could you please tell is it a chance to order tan Darak dolls now?

 

It might be worth it to send a private email to Darak about your desire for a tan doll. I was able to order some dolls that were marked sold out that way. I think they might've made them especially for me because it took about three months before they were ready to ship. It's worth a try!

I just put a Tan C-Remy girl on layaway! Darak had an extra one sitting around and I couldn't resist.

She is so, so beautiful. I love the uniqueness of Darak's bodies and Remy's face is just adorable. I should finish my layaway by mid-October. Hopefully she'll be home soon after!

 

So excited to join in on the Darak Tiny discussion. Here is my Claire Remy. She is 31cm tall. I just got her from the MP. Now to make some clothing!

 

Congratulations, @Tiasdolls! I just received my Tan C-Remy in the mail today.

Here's a link to her box opening thread. Have you found any shoes for your girl yet? I'm not really sure where to get her clothing that fits properly!

 

Hello both! Congrats on your darak-i girls, the Claire body is amazing My girl has quite a wardrobe, but I had it all made for her by Blythe/Momoko sewers Here she even has her own shoes!!!

Wow, @kamia! I love the cold weather outfit and the little booties.

Do you know if the Claire bodies fit in to typical Blythe clothing, or would I need someone to custom make mine as well? I'm thinking of buying my C-Remy a 1/6th sized Lolita outfit, but I have a feeling it'll be far too flowy on her thin body.

 

Yeah she's too big for Blythe unfortunately, she does need custom measurements D: probably 1/6 is too big too. I bought some for her once and they weren't good xD

It looks like the Bunny Nine bodies are definitely a good bit bigger, but I wonder if a Bunny Nine sized dress would look too big. Hmm.

 

Those Bunny Nine pants are very tight and might work. I will try to test some clothing on her later today.

I've been doing fall sewing for my girls and my Ari got a pretty new dress. Now I just need to get her better colored eyes.

Thank you! It's not the company face-up. I didn't like the color of the eyebrows on the default face-up so I had a face-up artist do hers.

 

That's what I thought. She looks much better! I think most of the time the eyebrows are too light brown on company face-ups.

Hi there! My tiny Rem arrived yesterday and the lati yellow/pukifee sized shoes I got here are a bit too small, I'll have to modify them to get them to fit on her chubby feet. Does anyone have any advice for clothes and shoes for these little chubbies?

 

Ruby Red Galleria lists length and width. 2.6cm (1.02 inches) Rosenlied Monday,

I have some, but don't have time to see what fits her now.

Idk about the website, because I got my girl secondhand. I haven’t even ever been on it.

And here is my girly! She actually used to belong to NekoNyanMew. I just got her on Friday. I’m waiting for her clothes and new wig and eyes, as I plan to style her a bit differently, but who knows how long all that could take.

Either way, I’m in love with her size! I decided she’s gonna have a cult party kei look (like mori kei but with more pastel pinks and cutesy looks). Her name is Bijou (bee-zhoo).

If anybody has one of the 31 cm girls and wants to talk styling and clothing sizes, let me know!

@stellarphenomena yes, all the Remy’s are so cute!! Hard not to love them.

I went and looked at the promo photos. Holy gorgeous, those are some adorable clothes. I hope to have great styling for her. It’ll be a little trial and error at first, just because of her non-standard sizing, but I’m gonna do my best. I’ve ordered some custom clothing for her, as well as some clothes for Imda3.0 as their measurements are fairly similar. I hope they ship soon!

 

Hmm this thread seems to have died...

But i wanted to pop in anyway.
Im getting a tan c-remy soon in a trade, and trying my best to find more information on her. I've never had a doll this size... So im curious as to how to find shoes/clothes for her because i cant seem to find anything.

 

C-Remy is the same size as my Claire. The shoes a from Ruby Red Galleria, They were for the 12 in Inmotion girls. The dress is by Boneka but I don't think they make this size anymore.

 

I just bought a Lily and I can't wait to get her. I havent seen many pics of her though except company photos

 

So i got a tan c-remy a while back in a trade. I but after having her a few months i don't know if i really care for the size. (I originally thought she was an msd as was listed as one... Mistake by seller) but figured i would try anyway. An just can't get into it.

But i also cant find ANY info on cost for this doll. I want to list her for sale but i have no clue what to ask besides consider what i traded for which was my soom tiny dolomi fullset. So maybe $350?

I also don't know if i should leave her blank or give her a faceup.

 

Thats a bummer. Have You checked so see what closed sales on ebay or even in thr marketplace went for? I dont know if you'd have luck or not. This company doesnt appear very popular

Hello everyone! I am wondering if anyone here owns a Darak Kid Dora and is willing to share some pictures with me? I am considering getting her but I don't find many photos of her on the internet. Also I am curious about the poseability of Darak Kids. Would be great if someone can tell me a little bit about your comment on these bodies. Thank you in advance!

 

I ordered a new sculpt from Darak-i named Ally. She is 35cm tall with a body similar to the 13 inch Paola Reina dolls.
The closest doll in her size group from Darak-i is Mia. Here is a photo of Ally from their website. She is probably available in Korea at present.



I do have a Tan Darak-i body which I am using for my 13 inch Paola Reina custom dolls. Ally will have this body in Normal skin tone. I added body blushing and a manicure/pedicure to this body.

 

Do you have a link for Ally? I went to their site but it won't show her listing. Thanks

 

I was only able to access Ally's listing by clicking on her photo on the "Korean" version of the Darak-i website on 8/30/21. I was able to order her but no English details were listed. I emailed their contact the next day and was told that Ally was not available yet in the US. She was only available in Korea.

Because I had already paid for her, they allowed me to pay an extra charge to ship her to the US. They said it would take about two months before she would be completed. I had already ordered several items from them in the past so hopefully she will make her way safely to me.

Does no one collect these dolls anymore?

 

For a while Darak was selling dolls under the name Macaron, but I just tried to access that site and was directed back to Darak. I did buy Becky at Macaron. Some of the dolls that were on the Macaron site still have the Macaron logo on their picture. They have lots of new dolls!

Hello. Guys do you know if Darak-I is still on business and if it safe to order from them. I was trying to find a waiting room for the company but I did not find any.

 

I ordered a T-Wendy in mid July. It's way to soon to be worried. I ordered one doll when they were using the Macaron site without an problems.

 

Has anyone ordered from Darak-i recently. Just wondering if they’re still a functioning company.
