* What did you order? Three pairs of regular pumps: 1 pair black for MSD, 1 pair ecru for MSD, 1 pair black for SD * When did you order? I sent the order in on August 9th. * How was the communication? Very minimal. * How easy was it to pay? Very easy. I included my PayPal address in the order email that I sent and the next day, when I woke up, I found that I had been given an invoice from Dale Rae Designs for the total cost of the pumps and the shipping. * How long did it take to ship? I'm pretty sure that the pumps were shipped either on the 10th after I paid or on the 11th. I just got them today, Wednesday, the 12th. So very fast shipping! * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? Most definitely! My Unoa Lusis 1.5, Noah, came with a pair of pumps from Dale Rae and it was because of those heels that I wanted to order a couple more pairs for Noah. Totally love the shoes--they're a perfect fit on Noah and fit Amaleen, my Elfdoll Sooah, like a glove! I've seen lesser-quality shoes sold for more, and I'm definitely sticking with Dale Rae. * Did the item look like the sales pictures? Most definitely! * Were you satisfied with the product? What did you order? I ordered an entire batch of shoes as I was running a local group order. When did you order? Mid-August 2009. How was the communication? Excellent; Dale replied very quickly and was very friendly. She was also extremely nice and communicative about a couple of missing items in the package. How easy was it to pay? Super easy. Send the order email, receive Paypal invoice, send payment. How long did it take to ship? No more than two weeks. Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? Absolutely. Did the item look like the sales pictures? Yes. Were you satisfied with the product? Extremely. If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem? There were a few missing items, which Dale was very nice about and sent them over as quickly as possible. Would you order from the company again? Yes. Would you buy any of the company's items secondhand? Yes.
What did you order? Two pairs of SD flats, one pair of SD Mary Jane Heels, 3 pairs of LittleFee flats, one pair of LittleFee sandals. When did you order? October 23rd How was the communication? Very prompt. I sent an e-mail at 7:45 a.m. and had a PayPal invoice for my items by 10 a.m. How easy was it to pay? Very easy; the seller sent a PayPal invoice, so all I had to do was, um, pay it. How long did it take to ship? I got a shipping notice the same day I paid my invoice (which was the same day I sent my order, too), and the package arrived three days later. It was conveniently small enough to fit in my apartment mailbox, so I didn't even have to pick it up from the post office! Obviously this will vary depending upon the size of one's order. Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? Definitely. The SD shoes are great, and they fit my Souldoll Double, even though she is not listed in the dolls whom the shoes will fit. She could even stand in the heels! Because I ordered three pairs of SD shoes I also got "Fit Ums," which are basically thin pieces of foam fabric cut in the shape of the shoe. I would not pay for the Fit Ums (I could make those), but since they were free I appreciated them, as they made the SD shoes fit better. The LittleFee shoes are SO CUTE and I can't wait until I actually have my doll to try them on her. Did the item look like the sales pictures? Yes. Were you satisfied with the product? Very.
