Props Custom Doll House Progress Report

Awhile ago I started work on an SD dollhouse. You may remember Elle posing in front of these.


I had to paint all the walls. It took forever. The house comes apart and stacks flat when I need to move it or decide to change the elements. As you see, I found some lanterns that fit the project. Here is the first assembly effort.



But nothing is going forward until the lord of the manor approves. Sartoriaj Jarrad stopped by in his own unfinished cloak to check on the progress.

Hi everyone! I haven’t checked my other post in awhile, so just saw you all. Thank you so much for your moral support, there were times when I just felt like I was making a big stack of plywood. Today was a thrill because I ordered the roof! That will be the next update. Hugs to you all!

The doll in the first picture is a Catholic Alma. This is a representation of the Virgin Mary and tradition has her dressed for religious festivals in magnificent garments. The most famous is the one Seville, where they draw her through the streets. These dolls are usually made by hand by folk artists. The old ones are so expensive I would be afraid to breath on one. Mine is new and affordable. I love Catholic art and have several pieces. She is my favorite.
