Crochet Crochet - Dress for 60cm girl

Here's the pattern. If anyone has any questions or corrections, let me know! I tried to be as thorough as possible.



Crochet Dress for 60cm doll

Materials:
Size 20 thread
size 10 (or 1.15mm) crochet hook, or size needed to obtain gauge
9 mini buttons or beads or a zipper

Gauge:
40 sts in oattern = 4" or 10cm
37 rows in pattern = 4" or 10cm

Stitches used: chain (ch), single crochet (sc), double crochet (dc), slip stitch (slip st), single crochet decrease (sc dec)

Pattern:
In Rounds:

Rnd 1: Ch 1, *sc,dc in first st, skip next st*. Repeat between * around and join with slip st to first sc, tun.
Rnd 2: Ch 1, sc, dc in same st as joining. *Skip 1 dc, sc, dc in next sc.* Repeat between * around and join with slip st to first sc.
Repeat Rnd 2 for pattern.

In Rows:
Row 1: ch 1, *sc, dc in first st, skip next st.* Repeat between * to last st, work 1 sc in last st, turn.
Row 2: Ch 1, sc, dc in first sc, *skip next dc, sc, dc in nxt sc.* Repeat between *, work to last st, 1 sc in last st. Turn.
Repeat row 2 for pattern.



Instructions:
Dress will be worked in rounds to back opening, then in rows.

Ch 100, being careful not to twist, join.

Rnd 1: Ch 1, work 1 sc in each ch around, join with slip st to first sc, do not turn.

With wrong side facing, Join thread in first sc of Right back. Evenly work 9 scallops to half-way around neck, end with sc. Turn.

Row 2-4: Ch 1, sc, dc in first sc, *skip next dc, sc, dc in nxt sc.* Repeat between *, work to last st, 1 sc in last st. Turn.

Row 5: Ch 1, sc, dc in first sc, *skip next dc, sc, dc in nxt sc.* 6 times more, 1 sc dec in last two sc. Turn. (8 scallops, 1 sc. 17 sts)

Row 6: Ch 1, 1 sc dec first two sc, dc in 2nd sc, *skip next dc, sc, dc in nxt sc.* Repeat between *, work to last st, 1 sc in last st. (7 scallops, 1 sc; 15 sts). Fasten off. Repeat for the second half of the collar, working the shaping in reverse.

Back opening edging and buttonholes:


On left Back, starting at top of collar with wrong side facing, join thread. Ch 1, work 55 sc down edge. Turn. Ch 1, sc in each sc. Fasten off.

On Right Back, starting at base of opening with wrong side facing, join thread. Ch 1, 55 up edge to collar. Turn.

Ch 1, work 2 sc, *ch 5, sc next 6 sc,* 7 times more, ch 5, sc in last 5 sc, fasten off. Sew back openings together if desired. Mark where the buttonholes are and sew buttons or beads to match.

Weave in ends and done!
