* How long did it take to ship? Well, like it was an special ocation (last Thor order), they shipped next day I ordered and paid and my package only took 8 days to get here

The only thing I have to say is that nose of my second Thor is more rounded in the tip than my first Thor's nose, so they are definitly different. It's not something that bothers me, actually I find really special that my twins have a little difference in the sculpt, but I just wanted to tell you about it.

My only complaint about CrobiDoll was that, after my boy’s tracking status hadn’t been updated for a week (it said he was still in Customs), we contacted them and described the situation. Crobi’s answer was that, since it was neither their fault nor the delivery service’s fault, they could not refund our money nor send another doll. We informed them that Customs had told us they could not find the package, and the answer was still the same.

Obviously, the situation turned sunnyside up again by a stroke of luck – but by no means did CrobiDoll assist us. Either way, I am very happy that we ordered from them.

* How was the communication? Rather frustrating for me. I wanted to pay using credit card via paygate however I could not properly fill the space provided. My credit card has 16 digits however I they only allowed 15 digits. I told them about this problem and they said to contact my credit card company to resolve it. I told them I had used it many times, with the same credit card number and I even provided a screen cap. They just told me that they could not help me because they do not have anything to do with my credit card. In the end I registered a paypal account just to settle it. Unsure if anyone has come across this problem.

* Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? Oh yes, crobi has such wonderful wigs. Their fiber wigs are so soft and their mohair ones are so thick.

Update! - On 29th March, unexpectedly I received a brand new wig! The correct style, color and size!!
I emailed them shortly, asking if I need to return the wrong wig, the customer service officer was very polite and apologized for the inconvenience caused and said to keep the wigs! They are happy that I love the new wig. I am impressed by their service recovery!

They did not. They have basically called me a liar, saying that since the pants fit my lance while he is standing, that there is nothing wrong with them. However when I pose my lance in a sitting position the pants pop open and come down off his butt. I informed crobidoll of this, and they merely said that the pants were stretching and to pull them to get them on right. I have tried, and they will not give while my lance is sitting.

Crobidoll requested I send the pants back, paying the shipping fee, so they can test the pants, and they said if they found nothing wrong they would send the pants back after I payed the shipping fee AGAIN.

I will not order anymore pants from them since it seems there pants measurments are off. I am saticfied with everything else and will order other items from them.

There was no lack of communication on Crobi's part. Their replies were polite and they were willing to see what they can do about it at first, but as it's technically impossible for me to have gotten the wrong size they couldn't do anymore to help me.

They did not skirt the issue and dealt with it firsthand so they did try but... I would be lying if I said that I was satisfied with the result. The outcome is that the wig does not fit the doll and it doesn't change that fact no matter how wonderful the customer service is.

Sadly, no. As I feel that the item is misrepresented and not as advertised so am unwilling to take that risk again.

Overall, quite good! It was my first time buying a doll, so i asked a lot of Questions in their Q&A and they replied very quickly and were very helpful. They also sent payment details and delivery info to my email, which was very nice
However their English was a little difficult to understand at times, and you need to post a new topic for each query.

I used Paypal, so it was quite easy. Simply sent the money to their email address (and double-checked on Q&A if the money was recieved, just to be safe)

The doll took approximately one month to make and send.
After i recieved the email telling me the wigs (and then later, the doll) were being delivered it usually took about 5 days for them to arrive, which was a lot faster than i expected so i was very pleased!

I think so. The doll just arrived today, and it's in good condition and looks beautiful.
I'm particularly happy with the wigs, i think they were relatively cheap for such a good quality material.

The clothes and wigs look slightly different in design and colour, but are still close enough to the pictures that i'm happy with them.

They're both pretty and nice quality but one wig is the wrong size. It doesn't fit well on a KDF Bory (slides right on and off) and refuses to go on a Luts JDF Summer 2 head or a DD Aoi. The wig cap measures 8 inches, but this is supposed to be a 9-10 wig.

I believe the quality was indeed appropriate for the price. The wigs and clothing were priced comparably to other companies that offer similar products. The wigs are very soft and full. The clothing is of a sturdy fabric and appears well constructed.

They look very similar. The French Gray appears darker in real life than it does in the pictures, which obviously have very good lighting. In bright light the French Gray is a similar shade. The Mellow Cream colour matches the pictures very well regardless of lighting. The lockets are even cuter in real life; the details are so nicely done.

The price's a tad high, but not outrageous; overall I'm happy with the purchase. His resin's smooth, the face-up's amazing, and the wigs are really nice.

A couple of the wigs' colors were the smallest bit off, but that's to be expected, and it's really not a huge difference.

Not sure if this falls under being unsatisfied, but my boy arrived with a decent-sized chip out of his knee. The Crobi rep responded to my Q&A post within a day, said they'll send me a replacement piece within the week, and took the trouble to link me to their manual on restringing.

I didn't ask them any questions. They did send me an automated e-mail letting me know when my order was shipped and with the tracking number.

Their site said it would take 40-45 days to ship but I think they had heavy rainfall so it delayed my doll. I don't mind though.

It took 10 weeks (2 months, 2 weeks and 2 days)/52 business days

The doll was ordered on July 19th and shipped on the 29th.

It is! Her face up is gorgeous, her wig and outfit fit perfectly! The only (small) issues that I have are that I may need to sand her in a couple places and her eyepatch is a little too loose to stay on very well.

* How was the communication? Crobi always replied to my questions on the Q&A board within the day and they were always very polite and helpful. I even added on eyelashes to my order the day before she shipped and they said it was no problem.
* How easy was it to pay? I'm a paypal noob, so it was a bit confusing. That was not Crobi's fault, though.
* How long did it take to ship? She shipped on December 1st and made it to me on the 5th.
* Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? My girl is beautiful! They eyelashes are nice quality for the price, same with the headcap. The wig is really soft and manageable.
* Did the item look like the sales pictures? Since, I ordered without a faceup, she looks different. The hands in the picture were different from the hands I recieved, but that was something I was told about beforehand by Crobi. The wig is very red in person compared to the site pictures.

I hate to do this, since Crobidoll looks nice, there dolls look nice. But I am thoroughly disappointed with them. I gave them a few chances.

- No! Not at all. The items are not worth what the site asked for. They look cheap, compaired to the promo pictures.

- No. One of the laptops is horribly scratched on the cover, and was out of its bubblewrap when I opened the box. The two black laptops do not stay open, they merely flop back and are no ajustable.

I also have to add, I have had other issues with this company. A while back I ordered a pair of jeans for my lance, who is on an r-line body. The size was listed on the product page, and so it should have fit, right? No! They were WAY too small. I informed the company of this, merely asking that they either fix the product, or change the sizes listed. I was asked to provide pictures, I did. The pants did not fit, they were too small around the ankles, and would barely button when the doll was standing. When seated the pants would pop open and come down far off his rear. I showed this in the pictures, but was called a liar because they"looked" to fit when the lance was standing. My dolls do not just stand, and so the pants were given to a smaller doll, and I swore off buying clothing from Crobidoll.

I will not be buying anything from this site again. I feel cheated, the items are not worth what I paid, at all.
