Gosh, I love Crobi too, the connection they have with us is amazing, they made me cry the other day reading the story of about how sad chibi Forgotten Lance was, because his owner forgot him. I have that mini Lance and he is adorable and in this moment I gave a big hug to all my dolls

 

Long time no see, Crobidoll thread!^^ I just feel that I must comment the april 1 dolls, wow... I really like all of them! Especially the soft white Yeon-Ho, he's reeeally nice! And I really wonder what they mean when they write:

I mean, they write "first one" - maybe they'll re-release more dolls? My fingers are crossed for Mikhail! What do you think, will they re-release more dolls? Which are you hoping for in that case?^^

Nyaa~ I've always liked Yeon-Ho but I'm a little shocked on just how much I love these soft white versions -- especially B. Kyul is, of course, gorgeous *sigh*.

And I loved the New & Notice, too. The comment that they can't send their staff is even in the sales listing.

 

Ooooo...real photos are up you guys! To make it even harder to decide there are A and B face up choices for both boys. I'm really curious now on how the Soft White Skin would look with a silver wig. Hurms...

I'm extreamly amused by the fine print in the listings that reads, "* Staff H and C have their partner already, so if you order them, they can't be sent.". XD

 

Ok, I love Kyul, but I don't want B-line, too big for me I think. Maybe they will release him again in soft white with smaller body, then I will die/cave on the spot and grab him! Never been a fan of Yeon-Ho, but gah, I'm a sucker for WS dolls in general, and that A face is dreamy!. What to do, what to do...Oi, I really should wait for soft-white Zion, as he would kill me with want, but I'm torn...

 

Also have my eyes on white Yeon-Ho. If Crobi re-release more dolls it would be great! I really hope for white Lance, I have normal skin one, but soft-white is a big dream (as well as a little Lance ^^ or even two little Lances XD). Ys with new make-up would be nice too.

if this is the first of a year-long project.. I don't know what to do!! Buy one of these boys or take a chance and wait to see who is released next? Looking at them more, I want Kyul, but.. argh.. betting and decisions... dolly dilemas...

Oh no, I must have missed the fun! XD; The actual dolls are gorgeous, as usual, but does anyone have the April Fools' images saved or screencapped or anything? Or are they still viewable somewhere on the Crobidoll site that I haven't found yet?

This is excellent news! I love when companies listen to their customers. Now I really want to order a doll from Crobi!

I like A-version Kyul best of these April releases, but I think I'll hold off and see what else Crobidoll has in store for us. But if they re-release Lance in soft white sometime this year I'm going to have a conniption, because I just moved my character off that sculpt out of despair that I'd never own one. (And then I'd move heaven and earth to bring him home because hello, grail doll trumps all doll plans! XD)

@ rendoroid - I love how Rigel is now greeting people into the new Crobidoll discussion thread. So cute!

 

i flip out when i heard B-Line kyul is released but too shame ... yeon-ho stole my heart

please note to all crobidoll's lover , this stories is Crobidoll Mansion 'starting' with Kyul and Yeon-ho ~
thats mean there will be more new Limited doll re-released ~

 

Crobi seems to be releasing different forms of white skin?
Is there a difference in skin color for soft white, cookie cream, sherbet white etc?

Cookie cream is more of a light grey / purple, I think. I don't know about soft white and sherbet though. I'd assume they're at least slightly different (:

What I love most about CB (beside those boys ) is that they really listen to their customers! I am so anxious to see what they are going to release with this new story line. I am so torn; I love Kyul, but I want to see that else is coming out! WHY!?!?!

I am curious, how do people like the new B-line body? How are the proportions?

I'm embarrassed to say I've played very little with my B-line boy so far. I've got my SD17 Williams head on the body but just haven't had much time to give him. It's quite a solid body -- he can wear some SSDF clothes . In terms of proportion, in my Yuri's box opening thread there's a pic of it next to an M-line body:

Wow, the b-line body is so well proportioned compared.to the m-line. Ugh. That really makes me want to pick up Kyul, but if they rereleased Ho-bin or Yuri, I'd rather have them.. ohhhh it really bugs me to have to gamble cos in reality I really want my own Crobi mansion xD

I plan to get a Lance & LJ one day but I have other bodies in mind for them.
Does anyone know whether Crobi resin matches with Little Monica and Volks? *__*;;

 

I have seen Crobi/Volks hybrids, so I'm assuming yes? Not too certain about Little Monica, but if I happen to meet my friend who owns one, I can do a colour check with my LJ head.

 

what i know is crobi's resin match volks , but i dont know its WS or NS ^^
for little monica crobi might be a little pale since NS crobi is already pale then WS luts

and for the body proportioned i prefer B-Line now rather then M-Line or R-Line ~
my friend told me its hard to pose since its not so much mobility then B-Line ~

I'm planning to get NS boys. I do prefer B-line body too but I think it's a little bit too tall T_T That's really sad because I really love the muscles and all ;_; Maybe LJ on B-Line would be nice

truth is i regret buying B-line for my first ever BJD , its really hard to take care of
But what im not regret is getting it for my first BJD , it taught me a lot

Its complicated , though i find b-line is too huge for me but i cant let it go and sell him to MP

Its fine if you planning to put L.J on B-line as long you have someone to split the head
You can open a thread on split section and offer people kyul head any type they want and you get the body
Im sure many people up for it

That's really quite sad. I started with 60cm as my first doll. Now I think I'm more on the 64-66cm size.
I want to put my LJ on Volks SD17 body because I think it is a perfect height and I like the body a lot ;_;
But B-Line body is so sexy too despite it being too tall XD;; I guess I will read more of owners' review!

 

If you like SD17 body, you can look at Infiniti doll's body. It's about the same size and shape. 8)

 

Hi! Can I ask for a comparison photo of a crobidoll soft white with another NS doll plis? I insist to buy only NS and tan dolls before but this recent offer of Yeon Ho SW looks like too good to be passed on I want to know if their soft white is looks too contrast with NS or it's only a mild difference and they can still be photo shooted together

Hi guys! I'll order L.J this week but before that I have a little question to you all. How are the Crobidoll's wigs? I mean, is the quality good and have you had any problems when ordering (e.g. they've sent a wrong size/wrong wig etc...)?

 

I love Crobi's wigs! And I've never had a problem with them. They are really soft and sturdy, and now they said they are make them all to not have black caps, but lighter colour to help with staining issues

 

This wigs are great! They are very easy to style and are of good quality. I have four crobi wigs - sadly, two of my boys' style have changed (again). And I never had an issue with staining with the dark color wigs.

 

Okay,good, I can relax now^^ I just read some horror stories about people getting wrong sizes and everything but I guess Crobi's trustworthy Thanks for the quick answers!^^

 

The Crobi wig I ordered with my LJ last time was kinda big, though.

meridian - Ah! I failed to mention that the wigs usually come in a 9-10 size, while most of their dolls' heads are a 8-9 (so they are really kinda big on their dolls). The wigs I have I am using on some big-headed boys (like School A). Crobi do have some 8-9 size wigs, but not a good selection of them

All the new wigs they released at the same time as Kyul and Yeon-Ho tho are all 8/9 size, so it looks like they are expanding on that size's line

 

Okay, I have officially caved in and put a Yeon-ho with 'A' faceup on layaway. I can't wait to see this soft white skin in person. :3 Despite how long I've been hanging out in this thread he will be my first Crobi boy and I'm completely stoked!

because crobidoll intend to go waayyyy more paler then other company , but i do know that VOLKS NS match crobidoll , i have a friend who has volks and crobidoll so she match them and its a perfect match

and for crobi wig they are amazing !! specially their fur wig ... its super thick
once my friend trying new interest on fur wig she order from crobi and upload it on youtube and its like a giant bird nest above her doll head
i dont know about fiber since i just bought it along with my t-line , the package should be arrived the end of apr i hope and then i will give the picture

for the wig size depend on the doll you order , crobidoll's dolls has a big head
B-Line fit 9~10inch perfectly , but 8~9inch is just too tight ~~ (trust me i tried )
for R-Line i think 8~9inch is fit perfectly

i ask DOLK eng if they can snatch DOLK china for their ho-bin , and they said 'can' and will put ho-bin on the page of DOLK eng soon~
but that time i dont know that yeon-ho SW will came out so ... i think im gonna skip ho-bin ~
for anyone who want ho-bin and didnt get the chances this is the time ^^

ho-bin is $720 nude + blank , $786 nude + face up ~ [you have to order with default face up because this ho-bin will be sent directly from DOLK China]
DOLK didint get any clothes since Crobidoll only selling the fullset on crobidoll's website
