Hello everyone, I ordered 4 wigs directly from Crobidoll on April 29th. I already paid via Paypal and received Paypal receipt email on the same day. Until now, I don't get any email from Crobidoll confirming my payment, and in my "order status" page on Crobidoll website, I don't see anything, just a blank "my shopping history" page. It looks like Crobidoll didn't even receive my order at all. I sent an email to Crobidoll yesterday with some photos to explain the issues and am still waiting for their reply. I would like to know that this is just an error in the website system but Crobidoll actually received and proceeded my order, or something else? Has anyone encountered this situation? And...is there any case that Paypal received my money but didn't proceed it to Crobidoll? Thank you.
More than likely it's just a glitch and they'll fix it. Chances are you probably aren't the only one having this problem and they might have a few emails to get back to. So I would just sit tight, give them a couple days to respond to your email. It does happen from time to time so I'm sure you'll find in some of the waiting room discussions the same issues and they're resolved pretty quickly.
May 1st is a Korean holiday as well so that may affect their response time, but they’ve always been great with customer service!
Update: They replied me and informed me that website error occurs a lot, and they already confirmed my payment. So, the wigs will be sent out soon ^^ However, my "Order Status" page is still blank. I hope they can fix the issues with their website. I am pretty happy with their response And, thank you all for your messages.
