Aesthetics Crazy Person Customizes a DZ MiYou

Well I wanted to be a masochist I guess, and Dollzone MiYou was among my first "true love grail dolls," so I decided, since I've had him for like almost a month now, I was going to customize my boy! And the reason I say masochist? I plan on customizing him completely (Making the wig, eyes and even clothes), rather than just doing the faceup like I usually do! Maybe if it goes well I can do similar stuff to some other members of my crew....

First, I'm starting off with my arch nemesis of doll customizing: the wig! I was initially going to buy one, but then browsing Mandrake for YoSD wigs, I saw a feathered wig, which spurred me to make a feather wig of my own, and built the entire character for my MiYou (placeholder name Thistle) from that! I ordered feathers off Amazon (I was looking for synthetic ones, but the ones I got could be genuine), and I got started on the wig cap yesterday night! I just finished the third and final coat of glue on the cap, and I just have to wait for it to dry so I can cut it and put together the wig at last! Hopefully a feather wig will be easier to make than a synthetic hair one! Last time I tried making a wig (I used synthetic fibers and glue that time), it went so badly I swore off making them ever again!
