    10. OH my gosh! this is so cute thank you for sharing the video and your experience trying it out! I have no idea how they had the patients for tacky glue xD I always hot glue because of how fast it dries like who has the time. I love the fabric you chose for the couch its super cute!

    11. Yeah I could never be patient enough to use tacky glue! It takes so long to dry.

    12. Delightful! Thanks!

    13. Thank you for sharing! For being such a cheap project, the results are actually really good looking! o:

    14. @Sucktacular, I think you'll find that a lot of inexpensive projects can give great-looking results.

    15. I've watched this video several times and am thinking of finally making one for a lunch our doll club is sponsoring. I'll donate it for a raffle. Wish me luck. I've had all the materials bought for over a year

    19. @Shojo-Chan if you're still active, do you have any more instructions from when you did this? The video you linked is now Youtube premium I think?

    20. Yeah, the video is private now. Which is unfortunate because this is the exact thing I was thinking of making

    21. Oh no! You can get a decent idea of what the video was by looking at my progress pictures. I think the idea was to trace on paper what shape you wanted the back of the couch to be, then cut it out in foamcore, then add a rectangle for the seating area and cut that out, then add arms (mine ended up being toilet paper roll sized) and trace a template for the front and cut that out in foamcore too. Then take the front and back templates and use those to cut thin cardboard versions which you can cover in fabric, and set them aside. Cover the arms and sides of the couch in fabric, leaving the messy edges on the front and back which will be covered by your thin cardboard pieces. Glue on the cardboard front and back pieces. Then make couch cushions by basically wrapping up foam blocks in fabric and gluing or stitching the bottom.

      I hope that helps!
