Wanted Corset Pattern?

Does anyone have any good patterns or know of a good tutorial for how to make a doll corset?
It will be a 1/4 size, the dolls waist is 5 inches (12.5 cm)

I have seen the method of plastic wrap, toilet paper and mod podge but I wanted to know how anyone else has made theirs with good success?
I am going to be using the corset with a gown with a long train.

This is a steampunk Ellowyn Wilde pattern that includes a corset. It will take some tinkering with if your doll is not a slim MSD
