it's not your exact request ( i don't have a puki) but anyway:



rii (on the left) is an elfdoll tiny (14 cm tall) and is wearing a pink kelly dress, i think pukis would reach up to her shoulders in height, about, so maybe this is a little help to the fit of kelly dresses on pukis..

 

Does anybody have a Lati Green with a LTF a 21cm (lati yellow SP, cherishdoll, bishou ai) and possibly an MSD?

Okay, here's a comparison of the three Bambicrony versions. Please excuse the crappy photos....photography skills I haven't got. Our comparees are: Version 1 Tan Roko, original BC tan color; Version 1.1 Tan Judy, new BC tan color; Version 2 Lavender Kiera, who looks mighty blue/grey now.

I have not edited the color of these photos in any way, and they're a bit more yellow than the dolls actually are, since I took them at night. No flash, but it's artificial indoor light. I did sharpen them, since they were a bit fuzzy, but that's it.


Front view: V1 and V1.1 look very similar in the torso and legs. The V1.1 even has the issue with the left leg not locking that the V1 had, which adds to my suspicion that it's the same mold being used. You'll notice that the V2 body is slimmer, and the jointing is different. I do notice that the V1.1 arms are different from both V1 and V2, so perhaps they're new sculpts completely. They're not nearly as thin as the V2 arms. I do like the hands on the V2 better than the V1.1, but my favorite is the "booger picking" hands of V1.



Back View: Again, V1 and V1.1 look the same, and V2 is different. It is most noticeable in the legs and hips, and lack of definition in the upper back.



Side view: Notice the difference in the leg and ankle jointing on V2 from both the other versions. V2 also has a little "shelf" where her torso joints. The balls of her hip seem higher as well. Her feet are much slimmer and delicate, and you cannot see the ball in her ankle joint. She also lacks the tummy "pooch" at the hipline that you can see on the V1 and V1.1.

Colorwise, you see how much darker/redder a brown the new tan is. Hopefully it will stay as beautiful as it is.

 

Lati white Belle , Felixdoll Ravi,Felixdoll Nene head.

 

There are two types of Lati White.....White, which are 9.5cm, and Sp. White, which are 12cm. I believe gilou's Belle is a Sp. White, I'm guessing you need the basic White?

I have a picture of an Angelregion Genie Lilica next to a basic White, Lilica is 10.5cm, close in size to Brownie.

My dollmore limited cherry dream Torrie seems still very white to me. I don't think she has changed color.

I do know that the Mythdoll Leroi Snow's did go creamy she used to be paper white too. I have both of those dolls

Here's a picture taken in April of my Cherry Dream Torrie in the middle in the blue fer and to the left a mythdoll Leroi snow and the right a Unoa lusis 1.5. My Torrie is about 3.5 years old. I have kept her displayed in a mostly dark room and don't take her out in the sun much pretty much just meet to meet.

I am pretty sure those dolls are scale pocket fairy as they are chubby. They are off topic as they are plastic not resin but here are some pics that were posted on the forums regarding blue fairy's claims the dolls were copys of their dolls.

as you can see their clothes would fit pocket fairy fine i don't know what doll's wear pocket fairy clothes but it would stand to reason if you doll can then they should be able to wear Ai's clothing too.

- CH AngeAi & CH PetiteAi Comparison Shots -




AngeAi Uri (2010) / PetiteAi Uriel (2009)
Basically, it's the same mold concept in different proportions. But I think it's reductive to define this way the difference beetween these two doll.
To me, it's not only a proportions matter. Lets have a closer look at PetiteAi and AngeAi bodies.
WARNING: They're both normal skin, but PetiteAi Uriel from the 2009 batch appears darker than the AngeAi Uri bought from the 2010 batch.




AngeAi Uri's head is WAY smaller than PetiteAi Uriel one. And it isn't just a "reduction" deal. Eyes, lips, nose...everything is different. Indeed, the mold concept doesn't stray too far from the common one, but there's just a blurred reminescence in them of each other. They look like two sisters but nothing more. Uri's not " Uriel's smaller clone" like people think. Mind, It's not a critique. I just love them the way they are.

Excluding the head, the upper part of both bodies look very similar to each other. Here it's really a proportion matter.



Hands.
AngeAi hands are both wide open with all fingers separate. So it's PetiteAi LEFT hand. Right hand, instead, have fingers delicately detailed, just like they're grabbing something.



Back view. As you can see, the two bodies are both very different each others, expecially in the joints and the body parts where they are placed.



PetiteAi feet are cuter and more definite than AngeAi ones.



Beside the double jointed knees, AngeAi bodies also have a joint in the upper section of legs (near the groin area)which allow to gain much posability than the old-fashioned PetiteAi ones, which lack both.



Let's give a closer look at the abdomen/legs area.
AngeAi bodies are slimmer than the chubby PetiteAi ones, which can boast a more healthy, child-like belly than the other one (I love Yucchi's belly button >.< so cute!!). Again, Petite Ai bodies miss another joint: the lower section-belly one This won't allow PetiteAi to sit properly as AngeAi does. But of course, from an aesthetic point of view, PetiteAi ones looks cuter and more definite.
Both bodies are, of course, asexued.

I just realized that I never posted these here in the thread:

 

Okay, here's a comparison with the new Iplehouse BID and various Yo-size dolls. Note: I have tweaked the brightness/contrast in several of the pictures (mostly to get the AI to show up), so color reference may be off. In the group pictures, they are arranged RtoL: Rosenlied TC, YoSD, LTF, BID, Bambicrony, AngeAI:


Laying, front. Definite height differences, LTF has similar length legs but the torso is a lot shorter. BC is noticeably thinner than BID.


Standing, front. Notice how solidly BID is standing. Again, definite height/torso differences. BC has a teeny little head.


Laying, back. The hips on most seem similar in size, except for BC. Back hip socket is way different for BID, though the knee is similar to AI.


Mobility Joint comparison

This is the "out of alignment" look I mentioned in my first post.

I tried to get the six to stand together sideways, but that became a serious domino scene. So, you get individual comparisons:

Some comparison pics between Limhwa ToYou and MiniGem Uyoo.

Limhwa toYou is 27cm (and belongs to me) and MiniGem Uyoo is 30cm (and belongs to Fauve).
They are together in white skin but Uyoo is blushed.







You can see that the MiniGem's feet are very small for her size !!
For my part, I prefer Limhwa toyou body : more realistic and well proportionated.

I welcomed the new Ruby Red Honee-B tiny doll into the Troop last week, so it's time to show her off a bit. So, I decided to do a quick comparison between her and the two other heavily articulated dolls in that size, Felix Brownie and PukiPuki.

Front view:

Two part torso, with double-jointed elbows and knees. Unlike the other two, her kneecap is a part of the thigh piece rather than part of the center "donut" joint. Feet are jointed, and a bit "fatter" than Puki/Felix. Hips have a swivel joint similar to the other two, and elbow "donuts". Her hands are magnetic, but have a softer look than Felix. Her wrist ball is more noticeable.

Back torso is similar to Puki, her knees are very different...the slots in the donut joint part are much longer than Felix. You can see that she uses a faceplate system. It's a bit glar-y to tell, but she has a very defined lower back.

Sitting:

She can sit in a crosslegged position, which is one of the favorite ones I can get my Brownie to do. Her knees don't look as natural as Brownie, but she's very flexible this way. As you can see, this is one Puki has trouble with.

Kneeling/Swarrico:

Both she and Brownie can do the seated Swarrico position, though Brownie can do it far more easily and looks more graceful in the pose. I could not get my Puki to sit any lower than that in the position, there is something in the hip ball that keeps the swivel joint from turning that much.


Anyway, I'm really happy with her articulation, and I can't wait to see what other faces they make available. Note to self: get rid of the velcro, which came already attached to her head.
