Shopping Companies that offer custom resin matching

Doll Family H does resin matching.

 

Doll Family H and Doll Family A both do resin matching! But now it's with a bit of a catch.

They are not currently doing custom resins- when you send them a piece of your doll and they make a custom color to match- but they are still allowing for a matching service for any colors they already have. Their swatch book is apparently pretty large, though you would either need to message them directly to ask or ask though a third party like Alice's Collection or possibly even a taobao proxy.

 

If DF-H does resin matching, has anyone tried a minifee head on for size? I'm curious if my event head will fit the 44cm slim boy body.

I just got custom colours from impldoll. It took a really long time (march to November—they promised me arrivals in August, September and then October that came and went), the upcharge for it was a lot, and one of the colours took 2 tries, and is only a 90% match now that I have it in my hands. I had to argue with their email rep, who ultimately stopped letting me see the results of their custom colours after I told them one of them was Way Too Light. I mailed them paint chips to ensure the colour we reached was precise, and I still ended up having to eyeball it based on swatches they emailed me a catalogue of. The CS rep was very frustrating and told me at one point that they couldn’t do the darker of my colours, and then when I told them to refund me then, backtracked, said they could do my colour, and then blamed translation issues.

After my order arrived, they suspended custom colours indefinitely, because they have not been able to manage the order backlog that has steadily increased their wait time since they started to drop the really nicely sculpted new bodies.
