Ordering Cocoriang ordering question

    1. Hello! I hope this is the right place to ask. I just discovered Cocoriang, but most of their dolls are sold out. I couldn’t find a way to ask them directly, so does anyone know if they ever sell their older dolls that are out of stock? As an event or just bring them back?
      They’re so adorable, I really hope so! :blush

    2. If you contact bjdivas you can ask if they can contact them for you. The are a US distributor for cocoriang.

    3. Cocoriang only opens up preorders for some of their dolls from time to time. There is no fixed timetable though. They do announce upcoming preorders on their Twitter/X, so you might want to keep an eye on that.

    5. Most sculpts rotate back into availability eventually, while a few have been released only once and then never again since. A few particularly exclusive ones are released as in-person event releases or one-off. I agree with the advice to contact the artist. Going through a dealer is probably fine, but Cocoriang also is very active and responsive on social media. I hope they'll restock the one you're hoping for!

    6. That’s good news! I was looking for a Peppi btw.
      Do you know what social media they use (and reply with)? Their IG says to contact through their website, so I tried to make an account and I think you need to use the Q&A section to ask a question…Not sure tbh though. I wonder if there’s an easier way. Maybe Twitter? They do have an account here on DoA too, but I’m not sure if they’d reply.

    7. Oh! Peppi is one of their main / best selling sculpts, they'll almost certainly be available again in the near future.

      You could email them directly too, the address is written at the bottom of the landing page of their website. On the same page you can find the three little gray circles which are direct links to their social sites. Twitter and Instagram are the only ones currently being updated. I think the artist comes onto DoA only to make occasional major news announcements. Email would be more likely to be seen sooner. :clover

    10. Actually, I'd suggest asking a question on the Q&A board on the Cocoriang site instead of sending an email. Most Korean doll companies tend to respond more quickly or only respond to questions on their Q&A.

I can try that, I was just looking for an easier way since I found their website, even the english version, a little difficult to navigate (I kept getting error messages and it doesn’t translate right). You might be right though and they prefer/are faster to reply to the Q&A section. I’ll try that and see.

      (Nvm, I managed to use the Q&A section! I’ll update if I get a reply or news about ordering if anyone is interested.)

    12. Update: If anyone was interested, Cocoriang replied and said they’re thinking about reopening orders for some basic pets but didn’t know when yet. When they do decide, it will be announced on the website.

      So there’s hope!

    13. Reviving this thread with my own question: Would it be easier for me to order a face plate for a Cocoriang doll I already have through them or through a dealer? I asked DDE and they can't order the faceplate for me. Are their other USA based retailers I could use? Or am I better off trying to order it myself?
