Shipping Clover Singing shipping status?

Hey all!

Probably a silly question, but I recently ordered an item off of Clover Singing, and I was wondering about what the shipping status means. It currently says "preparing" under my order shipping status, which I'm confused about because the order should be a preorder? I know there's a language barrier though, so I wasn't sure if it was just a difference in language, but there's a narrow possibility that she could have some stock of the doll so I wasn't sure. I paid a couple days ago and it didn't say preparing as of a day ago when the payment already was marked as confirmed. TIA!
