I just noticed that Clover Singing has free shipping for my country, so I am super tempted to try it. The only thing, is it trustworthy? How did you find yourself ordering there? This would be my first big order, so I wanted to be 100% sure of what I am doing before spending the money. Also, do they take some commission fees, or the price you see on the website is the final one? Thanks for everyone who will reply! I am very excited to get my first SD boy, but first I wanna be sure it’s gonna be from a good dealer.
While I am not certain about anything else, I do know that clover singing is an authorized dealer and I have met people who had great experiences with them.
I read some review here ln DoA, but mostly they were old, so I wanted some more recent opinion on it. If it’s a legit dealer it’s nice tho!
I bought a Doll Chateau Larry from them through their eBay shop (jeeryama) a few years back, and the price was as listed and since he was in stock, he arrived fairly quickly. They were very nice to work with, and I've heard nothing but good things from others too.

Thanks to everyone! I mailed some of my doubts directly to Christina too, and she replied super fast, plus all your good esperiences I say I will definitely try to order there! Now I just have to pick which skin color I want for the doll and get it. So excited! She is having some amazing sales on her website, so even if I didn’t plan to spend money for a new doll now I found myself thinking “now or never!”, cause a deal like this won’t happen again soon.

And yes they have a new website, maybe that’s why I didn’t discover this store before (or I just forgot it totally) cause the old website doesn't carry the stuff I search for, while the new one has far more choice! And everyday stuff gets added, so I guess the choice will become even better in some weeks. Plus, there are some amazing sales and free shipping, which is a life saver for me. Since all your experiences were good and I saw that they reply super fast at emails, I am just waiting to see if something else I want gets added before making my order (and I am super conflicted in which skin color should I get the doll! Not sure if yellow or pink... and since I have a head in pink of the same company that’s coming in at most a couple weeks, I’ll wait for it to see if i like the color) Struggles
I wanted to update this post saying that I finally ordered on Clover singing new website! It went all smooth and Christina was super fast replying to all my emails and requests, it was so reassuring her speed in replying. I don’t think you will have issues: I mailed Christina (the owner) with all my doubts and requests before ordering, and she always replied in half a day (I think we have different time zones, but she still checked my mails every day and replied super fast!). So, if you have specific needs, just mail her before deciding to order! I found myself very well with her. Now I just have to wait for my doll and hope it comes fast I trust the feedbacks of all the people, so I don’t think I will have issues with my order.
I would email them and ask to make sure they got your custom requests. I added a request after my order was placed, asking for a certain color eyes. They said they couldn't ask the company for anything specific but offered to send me a free pair of eyes in my requested color! Very nice to work with (so far, I'm still in the waiting period for my doll).
I asked them about outfits that were not on the website but were from the companies they worked with and she was able to arrange it. I'm doing a 3 month layaway (since it'll take 3 months turn around for the outfits anyway) via email and Paypal without a laid out invoice, so I'll let you know how that goes.
Just asked if they had a restringing tool (didn't see one on the site) and she's going to find out if she can find one for me to buy.
I think she put one on her website? If that was what you searched for, the metal thing with an handle to pull the elastics inside the doll channels!
I don't know if you need one right away or where you are located, but if you are in the US, I got mine from Volks US at a decent price and shipping time. You might also want to check your local distributors if you don't want to wait.

I am too waiting for my first doll from there, but the whole buying process wa super smooth, so I feel kinda relaxed in my wait. I would already want to get a second doll too. This is addicting

For now I am very satisfied with the speed of replies to my question and how my order is being processed, even if I had some custom requests for it it went all smooth. Mow, wait time Remember to check if there are some gift promotions for the doll you will buy, cause they are not listed in the site but they are probably valid if you request for it! I requested for one promotion I knew was going on this month for the doll I wanted to buy and she confirmed I could apply it for my order.
Yes! This helped a lot! I didn’t know about them and only found out this last week. They have the doll I want with discount I bet the sellers here won’t have so... How did you found out about the promotions? The doll is listed as promotion but I have no idea if there is something else going on.
Update I placed an order at Clover Singing and the service seems to be all what people are saying. Christina is a very sweet person as well.
What is up with the shipping to Netherlands? I send email, but got returned. On ig they answered to my comment that it's free, but they didn't reply when I quoted a bit from their website saying that shipping to Netherlands is expensive. They didn't reply, and it's slowly making me wonder if it's okay to order if they don't even know how much shipping is...
How can she know the shipping quote if you haven't order anything....? :/ Try again the email, maybe you sent it to the wrong address. I sent an email yesterday and she answered.
On website they say " shipping fee to:South America,Russia,Central Asia,Eastern Europe,the Middle East and Netherlands is expensive,please contact us first about the shipping fee,thanks!" So yeah, that made me believe that she might know the shipping fees beforehand I used email that they have listed on Instagram : [email protected]

@Nerwign She replies private messages on instagram as well. Try that if you are unsure about the email. She usually replies pretty fast in my case but I’m located in asia.
Everyone know that Clover Singing is trusted seller and authorized dealer but she can do more than you think. She will order any other BJD related item that you wish from TaoBao or Chinese stores. And she is a great faceup artist.
I wanted a restringing tool that I didn't see on her site so she sent me a picture and said, "like this one?" and I told her no I needed a longer one and she found it and put it on her site and I bought it and it arrived quickly!!
I purchased several dolls through Christina, from her eBay shop and website clover-signing. Some items was in her stock, which is big enough in my opinion. And did couple of preorders. I can say, for me, this time, she is the most comfortable dealer. And she have free delivery in my country.

If I use a doll dealer now is almost always her. The service is excellent and the price is also cheaper than the dealers we have here. She also got me some items that weren even listed on the website. Have to say I’m a lifetime customer now haha. I also didn’t know she was a faceup artist! Want to see her work now. Maybe I’ll just ask her.
It’s down for me, and isup.me confirms it. She did post on Instagram she was out of town this week so I don’t think it’s anything dire, she just probably hasn’t had an opportunity to fix it yet.

Just wanted to update that she responded to an email about an order I have to say that she’ll be asking someone to correct the site issue on Monday, so she’s aware of the issue and everything should be back to normal soon.
According to Christina's latest Instagram post, her website builder company is doing server maintenance and her site is expected to be back up on 4 August.
New update - the site is still down and apparently stuck in a 'self check process', Christina is hoping to have the site back up on 6 August (Friday).
Another update - the latest news is that it'll take at least till 9 Aug (Mon) for the site to be back up... and Christina says if anyone wants to order anything, you can email her directly and she'll send you a Paypal invoice or open a special listing for you on her eBay.
Does anyone know when Christina started charging a fee to pay by PayPal? She used to not, which was nice since ACBJD does. I don't mind paying it, since I do with ACBJD (even though it's kind of disappointing), but it's more than double what the actual PayPal fees would be...
They blocked her Paypal account last week, and now that she managed to unblock it she said she’s gonna start charging the fees. Can I ask how high they are, if you already checked? I didn’t yet and I wondered how much she asked now,
That sucks :/ The order is $557.66 and in her email she said the fee would be $45, but on the website the invoice shows it as $55. The actual PP fees should only be $20.67.
Oh damn that’s high, I expected less honestly! I wonder why now she requires a fee so high. Alice fees annoyed me, so if now you have to pay those on CS too it’s not the best.
