Chitowndollz Winter Mega-Meet 2015

Chicago has a large and lively BJD community, and we'd love to have you join us this Winter! A Mega-Meet is more than just a meetup: We rent a location so we have a secure place to spend the day. We have display tables for your dolls, sales tables, and a pot-luck lunch! We also know that we have regular attendees who travel, so we have an option to contribute to catering.

HISTORY:
Dairyland has hosted twice yearly Mega-Meets every Summer and Winter in Wisconsin since at least 2008. Starting last year, Chitowndollz started hosting the Winter Meetup in Chicago. These meet-ups are the cornerstone of our community and are always a lot of fun, with the ability to see so many dolls in person!

Saturday, January 10, 2015, 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Arlington Heights, ILLINOIS 60004

ADMISSION:
$8.00 per person.
Attendance is limited to 125 Attendees.
If you would like to contribute towards catered food and not bring a potluck item with you on the day of the event, please add $5.00 per person to your attendance fee.

FOOD:
Potluck: everyone brings a dish to share.

Fountain Beverages are included within admission price and are self serve. Liquor is available for purchase on site and anyone seeking to purchase alcohol will be carded. Anyone offering a minor alcohol will null and void their registration and will be asked to leave.

REGISTRATION IS OPEN!!!!

Registration is limited to 125 attendees. Registration will open on October 13th until December 20th, 11:59 PM CST. If we reach capacity before that time, registration will close and we will start a wait list. You must be paid in advance to be considered officially confirmed registered for the meet. We do not accept registrations at the Meet. Thanks for understanding!

Registration fee is $8 per attendee. Please add an additional $5 per attendee if you are interested in contributing towards catered food. Preferred method of payment is by Paypal to: [email protected]

With your registration fee, include your name and username. If you are bringing guests and are paying for them, please also provide their name and username (if applicable) so that we can prepare a badge for them as well otherwise it will be just “Guest.”
