I think the doll brand making her is Asleep Eidolon, so I think it's legit? Weird way to order though

 

I swear I heard someone mention she was made by them. I read the tag which says AEDOLL. Maybe my brain is foggy...

 

Idk if this is the same kind of thing and im not really familiar with this company. I collect a lot anime merch and nendoroid figures where they have special item only available to a certain country especially China. You can only buy if you live there or know someone who lives there. While it might be a little sus and it kinda sucks that you would need to use a proxy to buy I don’t think it’s scam or anything. Chinese Lolita update is the shopping proxy I’ve never personally used them but i would look at reviews. I always used celestial delinquent Again tho this is just my experience so I’m not super sure but I hope you get your doll

 

Well, Asleep Eidolon mentions it on their official Weibo, so it's most probably a legit doll. Here's the post.

It's probably limited to sales in China. It happens with collaboration dolls sometimes, due to licensing restrictions and copyright and all that.

You could ask Christina/Clover-Singing if she can get it for you. She often helps people get things that she's not listed on her site. However, she's currently on holiday for the Lunar New Year, so it'll take a while for her to reply.

 

Chinese Lolita Updates is a shopping service, generally for lolita fashion items from Taobao, kind of like dealers for BJD. I've never heard of anyone having problems ordering from Chinese lolita updates, but they are a little different than a dealer like Alice's Collections. In my experience taobao shopping services tend to charge a commission fee, shipping to them, and then a spearate shipping from them to you.
You may also be able to find this doll through bhiner, which is another taobao shopping service and has both bjd and lolita specific sites. She's probably location specific, which is why she's not on the English website.
