As I am ordering for the first time from China, I am perhaps a bit nervous. However, since Saturday, 20th August, it says exactly this. Does it mean the parcel still hangs around in Shanghai? Or has it entered the plane? I read somewhere that EMS China sometimes does not update the tracking as soon as the item has left the country. Does it make any sense to contact the selling company?
From my experience, it usually takes around 3 days before it updates when it has landed in your country. If you want to see, this is a screenshot of a previous package I've tracked. I hope it's useful ^^
EMS shipped my doll out of China and into the Chicago sorting center in 2 days. However, it's been in Chicago since July 6th, and the US postal service can't seem to figure out where it went from there. They tell me it's up to EMS China to initiate the trace - in Chicago. Go figure! Our tax dollars at work!
Oh, that is great indeed. I was lucky and the parcel was cleared out of customs. The courier promised it will have arrived at my home within two days. This should be now. Let's see...
EMS shipped one out to me from Russia. It arrived in NY August 17th, inbound into customs, and has vanished. I can't get Soom to understand that the lady who mailed it will have to do a trace on it, or file that it's lost, or something. Customs and the PO will not help me...saddest thing...the package is not mine. It belongs to someone else.
