ADMISSION:

$25.00 per attendee. Admission is used to pay for the rental fee, supplies for our meet craft, and will also include soda/snacks for all attendees. Registration is open! You MUST be paid in advance to be considered officially confirmed registered for the meet. Payments can be made to our Paypal account: <[email protected]>. Payments MUST be Friends and Family!!


The building has security. You MUST check in with security first. You NEED to present a physical government ID. We will have a small table next to security for your name tag. Access to the 2nd floor is blocked by badge access, so you will need to have security or Nicole / Akutenshi7 buzz you up.


We NEED the following info when you send the PP payments:

1. You need to tell us your LEGAL FIRST AND LAST NAME (what is on your government ID) and username / name you would like on your badge.

2. If you are bringing a guest with you, we need to know their LEGAL FIRST AND LAST NAME (what is on their government ID) and the name they would like on their badge.

3. If you have a dietary concern or allergy, we would like to know so we can plan snacks accordingly.


We DO NOT accept walk-ins at the meet. Children under 7 are NOT allowed.

Public Transit Instructions from Downtown Chicago:

1) Take Blue Line train towards O'Hare

2) Get off at Rosemont stop

3) You will get off at Rosemont Transit Center which is where you will catch bus number 606 towards Northwest Transportation Center

4) Ride 4 stops and get off at 9700 W Higgins Rd stop (be sure to pull cord before so driver knows to stop)


If you are not on the Blue Line most can be transferred from Clark/Lake. Transfer at Washington through the pedway if you are on the Red Line.
