Hello FF friends and momsies. Me wanted to tell you good news. Me mommy and daddy are going to get married tomorrow. We were given this paper today that says its a license for being married. We be going to this important looking building in the next town and this important man is going to say that me mommy and daddy are hushband and wifey. Me don't understand it meself becoz me mommy and daddy and me and now Bu is family. Didn't know we need to do all this to be ofishal. Wash dat? Anyway, mommy and daddy are very happy becoz of it all so me thinks me would tell you all becoz me and mommy love you all. So like me mommy always says, Happinesses!

I lose power for 12 hours and this place goes nuts. So many wonderful photos! Lola and sweet Lupo and Razzy and Inara (and what she's been hiding from us - no wonder - beautiful green boy, imajica! just love Boon!).

The National Weather Service tells us we had a bit of a tornado yesterday. Power finally came back here overnight (ironically, the street behind us did not lose power!) but there is a lot of clean up going on and there are still a lot of people without power in our township. What a mess. We had hail (MuseStar, now I know exactly what you mean when you describe your hail - ours was golf ball size, completely covered the ground and dinged up some cars so bad that it set off most of the car alarms around here), crazy high wind, rain that came sideways and upside down and was so thick you couldn't see more than a couple of feet, trees and branches and all sorts of other crap blown down and around. Scariest storm I have ever been in. I don't know how some people live in areas where that is a regular occurrence! Once in a lifetime was enough for me!!!

Thanks, DaisyDayes! After the storm was actually worse because the hail tore some holes in my screens and there was no way to blow the hot air out of the house and let the fresh air in. So last night was QUITE uncomfortable before the power came back on and the fans could work again. Plus the storm apparently ate my FireFox and didn't spit it back out until I fiddled with the computer for about two hours this morning and finally was able to find a restore point that it would accept. My whole life is on my FireFox tabs!!!! I was frantic!

 

Jeeps , sounds so scary!! Weather is truely bizarre. Glad all ok even though you have to mend a few screens! Is DollZwize likely to have been caught up in that too? She has not been on for ages and hope Tiggy is taking good care of her as well.

 

I know she was working yesterday and I think today. I've been so busy at work I didn't even have a chance to shoot off an email the last two days...but she sent me an awesomely cute picture of Tiggy with a new member of the family yesterday

Touched base with DollZwize today and they got a bit of our Wednesday storm but before it became the monster it turned into up here - I think it just pretty much had its way with the whole Northeast because I heard of it hitting as far up as New York, maybe farther. A job came up and she has been working these past few days and not much time to play.

Yes, Susan B., computer withdrawal is a wicked thing! This is really part of my bedtime routine! I was in bed by about 9:30 last night with flashlight and book. It didn't bother me that I hadn't gotten my 2-hour fix of TV, but it was torture wondering what all I was missing out on here!!!

Haha, yes this picture is from Vegas. I finally dug out some more photos from the day before we left. That was literally the biggest slice of cake I have ever seen in my life! It was soo good but it took me days and days to eat it, even with help from my black-hole stomached boyfriend and family.

Sorry I haven't commented in the last week. I have been trying to catch up on posts this morning. I see sad news and great happiness in the past week. I am so sorry about the sad news and very happy for all of the great news! I was unemployed for 14 months and just found a job and started this week so I have been up to my XXX in alligators. I am dragging trying to get back into the swing of working. It has been a very tough week. I am hopeing to catch up and start playing again soon. Atleast I have had my little firefire to come home to in the evenings. I have been to tired to even sign on this week. I still need to get some pictures taken and posted.

Alida is fitting in greatly and has the pukes under control. She is upset though that I will not allow her to go to work with me and has been very mad about staying at home!!!! Ummmmm.... I hope she doesn't get too mad!!

Clearly, Inara knows what she wants! I like "Boonara," Judy - otherwise it would have to be something clunky like "Inaroon." Boon is a Sleeping Elf Zack (the mermaid head boy) in green. That color is gorgeous as is Blod's work on him! I think he is the first Sleeping Elf doll I've seen with bead eyes. They are a little disconcerting, but also make him look so interesting: primal and like you can't really tell what is going on in his mind.

 

Somehow these pictures reminds me of a tree in the Garden of Eden, the tree of Knowledge and the forbidden fruit.

 

Boonara LMAO!! Yup she is a temptress alright. It was supposed to be Edenesque with the apple. She does have a snake , should have used him. I do love Boons eyes, you are right DarkStar he is a very deep soul. I think she has met her match but I think that will be fine by her. Gosh, you guys really had me in tears with your sweet notes and indeed MuseStar, we did follow your sweet advice and indeed there is a new petling living here. We have been mesmerized for days now with tiny Bippy. I was so worried he wouldnt live coz he is soooo teeny, but he is eating well, and just such a healing little wonder. The first morning I had to go to work was his first ever time alone in his life (he had been with 4 siblings till I got him) and we came home and he started wailing like a little baby when he heard me calling his name. OMG cuteness. I got him all fixed up in a new cage. Little Edwinas would dwarf him at his age, and this cage will travel better later in the summer at the festival.

I am really so touched at all the paging of Tiggs and me - wow, you guys are SOOO COOL! I had that awful orch last week and hated it, between that I had baby ferret bonding time which has been amazing, and yesterday when I Finally had a day off, hubby me and Tiggs went to the train show and got some cool models. Tiggs was stompin mad she missed Mydsummers BDay so she refused to come out for any train pics...

But I do have one pic she is also ticked off about.
