Changing an address with Luts?

    1. Good evening everyone!

      A few months ago I ordered a doll direct through Luts, but now I need to change the address it will be shipping to. How on Earth do I do that? I can't find an email anywhere. I've heard you need to post on the Q and A board? How do I do that? Do I need an account? I hope not. It won't let me into mine that I didn't even remember I had. Let me know if I missed any vital information! Thank you!
       
    2. Their email address is on the bottom left of the home page in big bold letters. (not sure if it's okay to repost email addresses here otherwise I'd just cut and paste it for you!)
      But it's best to use their Q&A board, it's much more reliable. Because sometimes emails can get filtered into the spam box. You do have to be logged into an account to use it. What you post is private and you won't be able to read their response without being logged into your account. There's recovery options to help you get into your account, as long as you know your email address just use forgot password, since you can sign in using your email address rather than your ID. If you don't have access to your email, you could try to make a second account and see if they can help you. Once logged in just click on the Q&A in the top bar and hit the black "Write" button. If you have follow-up questions, write a new post instead of replying to the same one. I think they don't get notified by replies so they ask that you do that.

    3. Wow...I swear that not there last time I looked.
      Honestly I am going to try the email first. I absolutely loathe technology and trying to get back into my account to try to post there sounds like an infuriating nightmare. I think I am going to go through a dealer next time. I do like their dolls, but it is so unnecessarily complicated to do anything.
      Thank you for your help! Hopefully I will be able to get through the easy way.

    4. Dealer would be a good way to go next time :3nodding: They've been using the Q&A board since I got my first doll, around '06 or '07, so I would be surprised if they ever changed it! Korean doll makers seem to really like that format :sweatHope that your email reaches them with no issues. In my experience, they tend to take around 2 days to reply, excluding the weekend :thumbup Good luck!!

    5. I will definitely go through a dealer next time. Denver Doll Emporium deals for them right? I figure I will wait till Tuesday to see if I can get a response. If not I will send another email.If I still can't get through I will see about bribing my husband to try to get back into my account. I cannot express how much I do NOT want to have to deal with that. I don't get why companies don't like emails. I feel like they are so much easier to deal with.
       
    6. Yes, Denver Doll is one of their official dealers and communicates through email :3nodding:

      I have found the account password recovery for Luts is about a three-click process, I've had to use it a couple times. You request to recover the password, they send you an email with a link, then you create a new password. The only trouble you would run into would be if your account was made with an email address that you no longer have access to.

    7. That's a pretty standard password recovery process actually and should be easy to do.

      And most Korean doll companies respond much quicker to messages on their Q&A. From my experience, Luts usually responds within a day to their Q&A. I guess it's just easier for them to keep track of everything on the Q&A as they can probably easily see the orders on your account this way?

    8. Well my problem solved itself. Just got his ahipping notice this morning. He will definitely arrive before I leave so all is good. Thank you for the help everyone! I will definitely be going through a dealer for anymore Luts orders.
