Category 3--BJD in progress

I've made parts of BJDs before, but never gotten around to finishing them until now. This is my first, and strangest, creation.

The idea was to make a creature that was not quite human, and Category 3 (Three for short) came about. Anyone who gets the name reference gets not only cookies, but the inspiration for his design. ^^

This is Three's first form, and it's definitely not quite finished. I plan to, at some point, make him legs and a shorter arm, since he is by nature able to change his shape somewhat. The idea will be to make him two bodies, one that's his normal body and one that's a more humanoid body. The "normal" body came first, so here it is.

If I hit the lottery, I'll cast him in resin. Until then, here he is in Sculpey. Please forgive the fact that he's sitting on my leg... since he has none of his own, he can't really stand. I also apologize for the horrible picture quality. My digicam seems to be hiding somewhere, so I had to use my webcam. Better pictures will come later.

As requested and promised, better pictures of Three. They're in the form of a little story because I thought it was cute, but they're really so you all can see Three in all his unsanded and unfinished glory. ^^;
