I bought two pairs of custom eyes from Lu, and they're absolutely gorgeous. Not only was I sent free eye putty, but they also changed my eyes because they would better fit my doll than the ones I ordered, for no extra charge!

I ordered one pair of eyes along with eyelashes and putty. Let me first say, the eyes are beautiful and the color is incredibly vivid. I adore them, plus the fact that CiG makes 6 mm eyes is an invaluable service since 6 mm eyes are so hard to find. The seller was incredibly polite and quick with responses- needless to say, I would definitely buy from them again and recommend them to others.

I ordered two pairs of eyes and so far they seem to be really nice. This was my first pair of eyes to order and she was very helpful in guiding me through the ordering process!

 

I ordered two pairs of the same eyes for my twins. The original transaction was very smooth, Lu kept in contact and let me know when payment arrived, when the eyes were finished and shipped, etc. When the eyes arrived, one out of the four eyes was a little off in color. I mentioned this to Lu, but didn't ask for anything, just said I was a bit disappointed. Lu IMMEDIATELY went about to correct the issue and told me a new set of eyes would be on it's way soon, with no cost to me. My new eyes have arrived and they are exactly what I wanted.

I would definitely do business with them again. Why? Customer service. Not once did I feel like I was an inconvenience or that Lu was irritated with me. They were very quick to correct the problem and never placed blame, just fixed it. THIS is how a business should run! Everyone runs into a bump, it's all in how you take care of the bump that keeps customers coming back! And I shall be back.

I ordered three pairs of eyes from doll eyes. 12mm yellow with brown pupil and 14mm blue without pupil were perfect, but the blue ones with yellow pupil had problems with the pupil colour. After contacting Lu, I was send a pair with better pupils.
Overal, I'm happy with my order.

 

I ordered 10 pairs of eyes from Captured in Glass (Doll Eyes) and I could not be happier with them, they're beautifully made and the colours are stunning as well as the service being ever so pleasant and friendly. Though I had a small issue with the pigment of one of the colours, Doll Eyes was excellent and did their best to replace them even though the problem wasn't directly their fault.
In the future, I will definitely be ordering from Doll Eyes again, I have also been sure to recommend them to all my friends in the hobby and will continue to do so. I feel throughout this transaction I have made a friend as well and gaining some beautifully crafted eyes. (:

Doll eyes got my order correct, after I asked to change it due to it being my first pair of eyes and not knowing 100% what I should be ordering. And the eyes were even more lovely in person. I can't wait to get my doll so I can put the eyes to good use!

I bought four pairs of custom sized eyes from CiG and it was one of the best transactions I ever had in this hobby. Lu answered within minutes (!!) to my pms and within 2 weeks I had my eyes at home. I even got free eye putty and beautiful eye lashes as a gift!

The eyes were shipped out about a week after the order, as promised on the CiG sale thread. When the shipping was slower than expected, Lu was so wonderful in helping me with my worries and with trying to track down the package! It seems that customs was likely holding it hostage and now they are finally safely here! I couldn't be happier with the eyes! They're beautiful and look great in my dolls!

Tracking wouldn't work for me on my computer but Lu checked for me, communication was very friendly and fast to reply.

I ordered two pairs of eyes from doll eyes. The quality is amazing and the low domes are very low. One of them was a different colour than what my monitor displayed, but I've fallen for the shade even if it wasn't what I was expecting. Communication was excellent and very fast.

I ordered three pairs of custom eyes and was told they'd take about a week and a half to be made. Communication was always prompt and polite~ The time frame was pretty exact and the eyes arrived quickly once shipped out.
The eyes themselves are amazing~ I'm extremely pleased with them They turned out pretty much as I'd hoped. I was also sent a gift pair of eyes because Lu was worried the size I requested might be too small for my doll and I was sent a pair that was a little bigger. While I can't test the eyes yet because my doll hasn't arrived, I'm touched by this gesture T_T And both pairs of eyes are lovely, I'm really excited to try them~

I made my second order with Lu in April, this time I ordered 2 pairs of eyes. When the eyes arrived they were gorgeous as always, especially the pair of EN17, the pink colour is very lovely and subtle. There was a little problem with the second pair as they were the wrong size but this was quickly resolved after fast communications with Lu and a new pair were sent - this pair is perfect size.
I will happily continue to buy C.I.G eyes as the customer service is excellent and the eyes are just amazing quality.
