I don't think there's a way to tell until you pick it up. :/ I didn't have to pay any customs fees on my dollie tho
x'D I understand some countries have a post of 'charging' or something like that, we don't get any notification till the doll arrives?
As a general rule, "Item will be reviewed by customs" doesn't exactly mean you'll get hit with custom fees, but 99.9% of he time, if they bother to look, they also bother to charge you taxes on the declared price plus the handling fee. It never fails for me, anyways... Sorry
I haven't been charged yet (not even on my 63cm Lati Red) but I've always seen a message much like yours. Most doll companies deliberately mark the declaration in order to come under the limit for Canada Customs.
I'm hoping Jaime-doll was nice enough ^.^' due to some unexpected expenses I don't know I can pay the fee this month, and I can't wait any longer~! *Coughs* Canada Post sucks x'd
