He's either Volks F28 or F16. There's lots of them around the board ^^

Argh that wasn't very descriptive. You can get him through Volks' full choice system (FCS), or second hand through Yahoo! Japan (sometimes eBay). F28 is now only available secondhand, and was updated to F16 (and slightly changed, nothing too noticable) when FCS was changed to pureskin. I believe Aimee has an FCS service available at the moment in the marketplace? Not sure, but I hope that helps a bit more XD;;;;

 

FCS you do in person (or through a shopping service). There's regular Tenshi no Sumika FCS with some of the FCS choices - you can do that in person/through shopping service at the Volks USA store or Tenshi no Sumikas in Japan. And then there's Tenshi no Sato will all the FCS choices - that you can only do at Tenshi no Sato in Kyoto (which, as a sidenote, is where I myself, have to get my beloved F-17 that I really want).

F-16 is regular FCS - you can get that through Volks USA.

 

Volks doesn't offer FCS online. ^^;; They probably meant through the LA store itself.

edit to my above thread: apparently, possibly, Volks doesn't allow shopping services to do FCS in the USA anymore??? how they'd know is beyond me, though... but they'd like you to do it in person. Ah well, I was planning to do that anyway...
