* How easy was it to pay? Yes - paypal always is.
* How long did it take to ship? A month
* Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? Yes, very accurate
* Did the item look like the sales pictures? Yes
* Were you satisfied with the product? Yes
* If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem? n/a
* Would you order from this company again? Mhm, maybe more items I have no rush for.
* Would you buy this company's products second-hand? Why not

Only thing I was really annoyed about was the shipping times - some companies send hundreds of items within a week and this one didn't seem to be able to ship a singular item within a month. Oh well, next time I'll know eh. As mentioned earlier, very satisfied with the product.

* When did you order? 2011/7/19.
* How was the communication?
Average, I have to intiate contact everytime for some updates on my item.
But overall, they were really friendly and willing to please.
* How easy was it to pay? Pretty easy with Paypal.
* How long did it take to ship? 2011/8/13 - So, about a month.
* Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? Considered what I paid for them, sure, I guess.
* Did the item look like the sales pictures? Somewhat, they were yellower than expected though.
* Were you satisfied with the product? Yes.
* If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem? N/A.
* Would you order from this company again? Maybe, but probably not.
* Would you buy this company's products second-hand? Sure, if it's something I like.​
