Payment Buyers of Sard-Night odyssey, I need help!

    1. Hello guys.
      Ive a little problem here.
      When I bought Sard, I bought him with Body Blushing. But Soom couldnt do that due humid weather, or whatever. So I had $140 staying in my points account as I paid with Bank Transfer not PayPal... I wasnt paying much attention on their site, and the next doll I got from them was bought, like, a month ago.
      But it's a new site. My old account is dead. And they have (they claim) no evidence whatever for Body Blushing points, neither that they ever had this "impossible to proceed due weather" thing.
      I have only emails from Kelly about my payments, where its clearly says I paid for sard+jointed hands+blushing. But I got him blank. No idea how can I proof that((
      They only posted on their old website, that BB couldnt be done, no emails.
      Anyone had their BB payments back back then?
      I dont know how to resolve this, neither they, may be smart ppl here have some ideas?)

    2. That's extremely odd, when Soom switched to their new site the accounts went with them, along with the points. Old orders were not accessible except via the old orders section, but they were viewable there. It may be that you had to create a new account, but in that case, your points wouldn't be 'transferred' from your old account, a new account is a different account, points don't go over like that from one account to another.

      I've never heard of anyone else getting an original Sard sans blushing due to humidity, so I'll let other Sard folks pipe up in regard to that!

    3. Yes, the account is new. They have info about my orders, but not about my points( I have info about my payments, but I don't know how to prove I got him blank. I think it was due to weather, and I think guys who had Sard on layaway got him blushed lately, my was paid in full. Eh(
