Buy at Alice's Collection. When is the best time?

I've just started in this wonderful world of bjds: I only have a second-hand pukifee and a DF-H head awaiting shipment.
Now I'm thinking about making a more expensive purchase, my first whole new doll.
My plan is to buy an MSD of Gem of Doll at Alice's Collection, and right now they have a 20% promotion and free shipping. I think the promotion is great and I'm thinking about ordering now, but since it's Black Friday, I was wondering if I should wait.
This is the first time I have considered buying a bjd that is not second-hand, so I have not been attentive in previous years to the sale seasons and I do not know if Alice's Collection has the habit of giving big discounts in mid-November or If this 20% discount with free shipping is the best deal I can find.

In my case, I couldn't take advantage of buying 3 and receiving one as a gift because, after months and months of saving, I only had enough for 1.
