Buy a head at Alice's collection.

    1. Hello everyone:

      I just made my first purchase at Alice's collection: a head of Yue Jin, from Doll Family-H. I am very excited but also very worried because I have had several doubts.

      My first question is about the Certificate: having ordered only a head instead of the entire doll, will they send me a certificate of originality and a birth letter? The thing is, I will be very disappointed if it doesn't arrive with its certificate, even if I have the invoice to prove the legitimacy...

      And my second question is about customs: from my own experience, I know that in my country, if you receive a package from abroad without papers in a visible place that allows you to determine what is inside and how much it cost, they charge you about €30 for what They call them "tariff procedures" (basically, they charge you for sending you a message with a form so you can explain what's in the package and how much you paid for it). In short, you pay customs even if the merchandise turns out to be exempt from customs fees (and if it is not exempt, you pay double: You have to pay €30 for the procedures, and then you have to pay the tax). That's why I would like to know if anyone can tell me their experience with Alice's collection shipments, if their packages have the invoice attached to the box in English so they can see it at Customs or if you have to make declarations.

    2. If you need to be sure certain documents are attached to your parcel, definitely let Alice know! They're a very accommodating and reply fast to emails, and you don't have to keep guessing about the package that way.

      As for the head, unless it is a practice head, there should be a coa. But again, Alice will know for sure if you send them an email :)

    3. I’ve never ordered from Doll Family-H before, but almost all the heads I’ve ordered from other companies have come with a CoA of some sort. It’s usually bodies that might not come with a CoA.
