I believe mimiwoo does offer discounts, I'm not sure if you can get only one item category though, the eyes are from 6mm to 26mm

miniwoo requires spending >500 bucks, just in eyes? ouch! I think if you need bulk quantities and are okay with just acrylics you could get some silicon and start making them yourself ngl. The printed ones seem rather simple once you get to it. I suggest looking around taobao though, I think I saw some cheap eyes last time I checked.

 

Finding cheap acrylics isn't difficult but many don't sell them in bulk quantities.

 

I've found plastic eyes (not acrylic but some random plastic disk ones) on amazon and alice's collections has bulk ordering in groups of 5 and 10 and while they do charge paypal fees- they usually have free shipping for $100+ orders.
