From making sure that everything was alright, to a snafu caused by me doing a paypal payment wrong, the communication was always quick and friendly. * How easy was it to pay? The resin feels quite nice, and while it's not the best female body ever, it's still a nice attractive sculpt with nice hands. * Did the item look like the sales pictures? Their sales pictures for her are probably the most accurate ones I've ever come across, so yeah. XD She looks exactly like she did on the website. * Were you satisfied with the product? Very much so.

M-Buddy Mars (received a free pair of eyes and wig as well) - purchased before the new body was released, so he has the old M-Buddy body. * When did you order? 2/2008 * How was the communication? Excellent. Questions asked on the 1+1 board were answered very quickly and thoroughly, from simple shipping questions to THEM asking me for clarification about one of the many pictures I'd sent in regards to a custom faceup. I was very impressed. * How easy was it to pay? Very easy. * How long did it take to ship? About 25 days - and this was for a doll with an extra head and TWO custom faceups! * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? Yes! * Did the item look like the sales pictures? The body was very accurate to the pictures, and the resin match to what they showed on the site was very good. The head sculpt is what I expected as well, though of course as far as faceups go I cannot say, as mine were custom. * Were you satisfied with the product? Very satisfied! Mars is a lovely sculpt. The faceups they did for me were PERFECT - EXACT with the references I gave. They did a fabulous job into making him my own. Also, the wig surprised me with its quality, and the eyes are nice too. I would definitely buy from them in the future!

I had intended to do a layaway so that I wasn't spending all of the money at once but ended up sending them the price in full from two accounts, they were understanding! * How long did it take to ship? 12 days to ship 15 to arrive! * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? This depends. I'm getting pretty detailed here. I bought Mars Tough because he was my DREAM SCULPT. I liked his bod, too. He arrived with many fissures on him, I had thought they were cracks at first. They aren't seam lines, mind you, they are fissures.. they are in his hands, etc. But I do not mind, because I will eventually sand it down. The things that have already come up and in my opinion shouldn't for this price, he dirtys SO FAST. I have a dyson vacuum that I eagerly use before I set him on the floor, so I KNOW my floor is not that dirty, yet his heels are dirt laden. The fissures are catching so much dirt, and his hip areas are the worst, though he has worn clothes. Then last night I noticed his knee area was dirtying (Or discolouring I should say, from the fabric of his pants which is pre washed cotton) and had a scratchy surface. The resin is fine, but it could be a lot better. I think they outsource, when I got my info, there was chinese written all over it. His certificate was filled in with Chinese characters. In other words.. unless this is your dream doll, the man you've wanted since you were a wee girl, I would say no. To me he SO WAS! * Did the item look like the sales pictures?
