Unresolved Bubbleteaddict Looking for info

    1. Hi! Nothing bad, I was just wondering if anyone knows if they're ok? I bought a head from them and there was some shipping troubles (it got returned to sender) and the communication was good, but now they haven't replied or been online since August. I was wondering if there was somewhere else to contact them, or any other info?

    3. Hi apologies! I have been busy migrating countries (from Singapore to the UAE) and thus have not been back to check for updates and notifications here.

      This was the latest update regarding the parcel. Asendia is horrible and did not state the reason for parcel return. They're also not giving me a refund for the amount spent on shipping.

      You can send an email to
      [email protected] to do a check on this, as they have not been giving me any new updates.

      I'll only be able to update you when the parcel reaches my doorstep, hopefully in December!

    6. Well, the shipping still hasn't been sorted out as far as I know - I haven't gotten a reply from bubbleteaddict again since December. I don't know if anything more is going to come of it though, the package seems to be just lost now.
