Broken resin bottle

QAQ I went to work on a cast today and found that one of the resin parts has a broken cap, it's impossible to pass the security and open it! I'm scared of forcing it open since it's so toxic and might splash everywhere. Has this ever happened to anyone? Should I give up on it? I'm going to ask to the store where I got it but if they offer no solution I'm completely at loss of what to do! TT_TT
