Okay. I get a lot of people asking me how I do it, so here's a tutututututorial! 8D It's on big image, so it'll take some time to load. Please be patient ^^ I'll try an answer any questions you have ^^ + Hayden's eyes are from here. Thanks for looking - I hope it helped
So. Very. Cool! Thanks for taking the time to put this together and share this really insanely cool PS trick!
Thanks for taking the time to do such a great tutorial! I will definitely try that sometime...shivers in anticipation!
Awesome, thanks for sharing this! Gonna go have a go now, although 3/5 of my current resins have grey-toned eyes, so... can't really do owt with the colour, but I'm sure the brightening effect will still work great.
I find your tutorial very useful and friendly >w< Thank you very much for the effort~~ I've already tried it out myself~ skill learnt^^
Thank you very much for the tutorial! ^^ I have been wondering how to do that, and you made a whole tutorial of it. Unfortunally I have only Photoshop Elements, am I able to do this thing with Elements? :3
Thank you so much for the tutorial, it is super helpful! Actually, it's ironic that you posted this up, because my friends and I totally love to ogle your boy's photos all the time and we always comment on how captivating his gaze is!
DUDE! I'm so gonna try this right now! I never even thought of screening it! EDIT: HOLY CRAP!! It was amazing!! I'm so going to go and do another photo shoot just so I can get better eye angles LOL XDD
ooo thats cool! now everybody's doll will have charming bright eyes like hayden D: ROFL. good job for the tutorial =)
*Applauds you madly* Bravo! Bravo! Smexy Hayden is perfect for a tutorial, no? Thanks for doing this, I did always wonder you know.
Thanks so very much for sharing this with us all, Hiritai! I abuse it on a regular basis now. I was always peeved when my boy's eyes didn't glimmer in my photos as they do in person.
Oh wow, thanks for this I managed to follow this perfectly, and my boy's big blues look even brighter now *packs bag for big photoshoot tomorrow*
After watching your DA account(s) for so long, now I know a trick! Thank you so much! Love at Hayden too!
I cannot thank you enough for posting this! I am an epic fail at photography and and photoshop, so this helps a lot! Thank you thank you thank you!
On behalf of pale, sleepy eyed doll owners everywhere, thank you! I've had such a hell of a time trying to light up my Ducan's eyes without washing him out, now look at the improvement! Before- After- Holy shit! Beren has yellow eyes not black pits of doom, now everyone can see those pretty urethanes. XD
Wow, this was so informative! I can't wait to try this out! (I love eyes. They're my favorite part of anything. )
Thanks a lot! I was trying to brighten my doll's eyes for a long time... But I failed everytime... This tutorial is so helpful!8D
oh thank you so much! i'm a total photoshop noob and this really helped me out! after failing miserably many times at eyes before, i can actually make them look normal, not all bright and wierd very helpful!
Adding a dodge to the eyes you'd still have to mask the area that you're working on in order for it to look right. However, dodge doesn't always bring out the proper tones and sometimes bleaches things out instead of making them more intense.
Thank you so much! I've brightened eyes before, but the real gem here was the advice about sharpening the eyes. That's totally true. Brilliant.
Great tutorial! You've explained it very well. It wouldn't have occurred to me to sharpen around the eyes.. I'm impressed.
thank you so much for this useful tutorial!!! With this I can start to try to improve my PS skills, thanks again!!!!
coolio! i dont know what version of PS you use, but its good that you made it plain enough that i can use this even with my crappy PS6! thanks for this
